Unbelievably inefficient, incompetent and lack of support. A Dental clinic added a service to the charges that were not provided so I placed a dispute on that specific amount. Needless to say, Wells Fargo reported it to Visa as an “incorrect charge amount” and Visa rejected it saying this was the correct price for the service. I have explained numerous times that the service was NOT provided at all, without success. I don’t want to give this negative experience any more energy than is needed, suffice it to say that I have started closing my accounts one by one, as of today. And they do make it difficult to close an account, asking me to go to the nearest branch. It has been a long 20 years with Wells Fargo but it’s time to say goodbye.
