Review of amazon
Basically steals your money. Items don't get delivered, Amazon says it's not eligible for return/refund. Offers courtesy credit, I purchase items that never arrive. Amazon can't find them either, tells me the only option is refund, but then refuses to refund the courtesy credit. They scammed me! After years of being a loyal customer, I've had enough! 😮💨😓 spoke to supervisor, he refused to properly identify himself (because he knows he lied & scammed me!) He would only tell me his name is "dj" 😒
Review of xero
I have used Xero for 10 years. It is intuitive and easy to navigate. The functionality is good and constantly developing. The support, both written and the response from real humans when needed, is superb. There are some shortcomings in more complex functionality, such as foreign currency, and the restrictions on the use of the statutory accounts and tax functionality are problematic. But overall for most business users, it is an excellent choice and I have recommended it to friends.

Review of xbox
Terrible customer service. Trying to get a refund as whilst they were quick to take the money, did not receive what was paid for.Have tried online forms, live chat and phoning, not a single reply. Two weeks we have been trying to talk to someone.

Review of uber
Uber is not reliable anymore at all to book a cab. Better take an auto. Otherwise all those useless drivers from Uber will fool you. Those closeby don't accept your ride. Those at least 15 to 20 minutes away accept the ride.I had to wait at LTT for more than 1.5 hours and to cancel and rebook 7 times. Finally took an auto which was quite comfortable too and much cheaper.
Review of co
Having previously benefited from the Times £1 a month offer over a year ago, I tried other online newspapers before seeking a full cost subscription. Yet the Times online site only offered a new £1 subscription. I didn't feel entitled to take advantage again so I ignored the offer. The Times then unilaterally activated my banking details from the year before and started a new subscription without informing me. I discovered after three months that they had taken payments from a bank account. Suffice to say that their several responses to my requests for explanatory information imply that I had taken out a new subscription. I maintain that they must have resurrected it using my banking details from a year before. That is improper use of both my personal data and my bank account data. That isn't customer, its the Times' self-service of my money.

Review of leparisien

Review of duolingo
Please pass this feedback to the App engineering team. Please make the App customizable —for example, FIRSTLY, using children’s voices might be fine for teaching children, but is very annoying and sounds very perverted when teaching adults, therefore please allow each user to CHOOSE whether we want adult or children voices teaching us, and whether we want male or female virtual instructors. SECONDLY, allow us to CHOOSE whether we want to stop practicing a lesson, for example, both my Mother and Father are dead, so I am getting very sad when the App talks about them EXCESSIVELY and the App is reminding me how sad it is that i have NO Vater and NO Mutter. In other words, we should be given the option to stop lessons that we will never be able to use. THIRDLY, similarly, How about having the App ask us which subjects and scenarios we wish to focus on, rather than assuming it is Owls, Elephants and Mice—all of which I have NEVER seen in life and thus seems like a waste of time to learn. FOURTHLY, I am an advocate for diversity, but why are only Muslims, Asians and Middle Easterners teaching me German. How about making the teachers look like the historic native speakers of whatever language we want to learn? I think it would also be better immersion experience to have the teacher’s wearing the TRADITIONAL, HISTORIC. CULTURAL clothing of the region and historic context where the language originated. So, if I were studying Mandarin Chinese, then historic and current Chinese clothing and facial features, so I am immersed and better able to learn the history and historic culture from which the language evolved. But having a chinese person in traditional chinese clothing teaching me German does not help me learn about German culture and clothing. Just as it would not be helpful to have a German teaching Chinese.

Review of hp
Bought s HP17 laptop from HP almost a year ago. Reboots without warning. Been back 3 times. Will not replace as you only have 30 days to get a refund or replacement. At the moment it will reboots every few minutes so its useless, As you can see HP do not respond to trust pilot bad reviews which shows how little they care for bad reviews. Remember how a company responds to problems is a measure of its quality. Not necessarily the quality of the the product,
Review of vodafone
After a year of poor signal coverage, misleading charges and a really outdated app, I decided to move to O2. To transfer my number, the only option was to FAX Vodafone. When I did this, they then 'lost' my request and I had to repeat the whole slow process. It is still not resolved.

Review of beatport
Beatport has gone from being a relatively decent and useful platform to a poorly managed, greedy enterprise that clearly doesn't listen to, or give a **** about its customers. Between the dreadful 'upgrade' of an already terrible user interface, to increasing the price of tracks to the point that they're now beyond garnering interest or investment. This started with having to pay to download your own purchase history and went from bad to worse. This platform is done for me. If I can't get it on Bandcamp or Amazon (both of whom retain free access to your own purchased back catalogue), I'll simply move onto some other producer and platform that works. I say this as someone who would have spent a considerable amount every month at Beatport, however no more.
