Possibly the worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Any minor issue with your account and you can expect hours on hold, confused agents who provide inconsistent/incorrect information and no resolutions. Shame because the app/platform itself is useful and relatively straightforward but when you're running a business you need that backed up by reliable support and it's simply non-existent.
