Hotels.com Lost Another Customer

Booked a two day hotel reservation for my wife as a mother's day gift. When my wife got to the hotel, the hotel claimed they did not have the reservation and they were booked. I also purchased insurance on the two day stay which Hotels.com refused to reimburse citing it was irreconcilable on their end. Cancelling account with Hotels.com

Dedicated to solving the problem...

I had a technical problem with two games (a graphics issue and controller issue). Farlan, the amazing support agent who got my issue, spent literally weeks with me trying to diagnose it. We even reached out to the developers and they wouldn't touch the issue with a barge pole. In the end, it turned out to be an issue within Windows, but Farlan stuck with it to the end when we stumbled upon the solution. Bar none, some of the BEST support I've ever received from an agent. Way more than above and beyond. And patience? Most support agents would have dumped me after 24 hours without a response, but Farlan didn't. 11/10, highly recommend.

if I could leave a 0 I would. They had "free healthcare workers" giveaway. I got all the way through to enter my information and the submit button wouldn't work. I contacted customer service, who basically told me I was lying even though I had proof that I won. There false advertisement and not coming through when I won (and the submit button not working was their error which they said was mine) has lost my business completely.

The worst service I have ever used

The worst service I have ever used. Customer support doesn't help and answering once per day. They really don't care about any problems you have.Don't connect any credit card to their platform, as they are changing the plans you subscribed to by themselves and then charging you 3-5-10 times more. Next time you decided to use the service - make sure to take a photo of how their sales representative promise you different features and pricing plans and then scam you on the way without any notice. Definitely, the worst project management service provider on the market.

It’s not worth a star at all! My delivery address was all correct including town, but reasons beyond me Apple Pay changed the last two digit is of my postcode to something else, I notified Zara immediately, they said they would change the postcode and update Royal Mail. Well they didn’t, it got delivered to completely the wrong address even though the street and town were completely different. I informed Zara with a screenshot to show it’s been delivered to completely the wrong address and town. They said it’s been delivered correctly?I explained, they said they’d look into it? Heard nothing, chased again, nothing again. Each time being promised 24hours, to hear nothing and for me to chase them. Still nothing, they’ve kept the money and I have no garments.Totally revolting company, wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Eiffel Tower at Easter

I booked a trip to take my 12 year old daughter up the Eiffel Tower in Paris and found it to be really smooth and made the experience exciting and stress free. We were there during Easter when the queues to enter were ridiculously long and also very confusing so it was worth the extra cost to be able to skip past the ticket queues and have someone tell us exactly where to go to start our assent. We loved walking up to the second floor, it made it feel like more of an adventure and our guide was lovely and very informative. Then we took the lift from 2nd floor to summit, which was included in the price we paid.

I bought a 160$ muscle Stimulator…

I bought a 160$ muscle Stimulator called PowerDot 2.0 by Therabody. Took me hours and a visit to a tech help center just to get the thing to pair with my phone. Finally, got a chance to try it and they wouldn't take a return as they said it had passed the sellers return period. So, never got the thing to work, can't return it and triple checked everything but still no luck. Despite PowerDot's ratings from Physical Therapist, the thing is flawed and ends my relationship with ebay.

Shocking service

Shocking service. Telstra Keep Sending us Refurbished modems which last only a few months. We had changed 3-4 in last 6 months . Useless customer service interested only in their feedback not actually helping you . Our internet play up all the time no one is interested to adress the problem . We are over 15 years with them and time to look for better service. Sick of them , sound like broken record .
