Hotels.com Lost Another Customer

Booked a two day hotel reservation for my wife as a mother's day gift. When my wife got to the hotel, the hotel claimed they did not have the reservation and they were booked. I also purchased insurance on the two day stay which Hotels.com refused to reimburse citing it was irreconcilable on their end. Cancelling account with Hotels.com
