It’s not worth a star at all! My delivery address was all correct including town, but reasons beyond me Apple Pay changed the last two digit is of my postcode to something else, I notified Zara immediately, they said they would change the postcode and update Royal Mail. Well they didn’t, it got delivered to completely the wrong address even though the street and town were completely different. I informed Zara with a screenshot to show it’s been delivered to completely the wrong address and town. They said it’s been delivered correctly?I explained, they said they’d look into it? Heard nothing, chased again, nothing again. Each time being promised 24hours, to hear nothing and for me to chase them. Still nothing, they’ve kept the money and I have no garments.Totally revolting company, wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
