Review of fedex
1.5 weeks delay on a Shipment. Their customer support is only voice robot completely useless, they probably fired all the human to be replaced by AI already as this a stupid American company.Their delivery plan is not up to date. And they makes their customer stress out because of wrong information about delivery plan displayed on their website.

Review of Shopify
I've just started on shopify but the pain and stress and hours upon hours wasted with these guys is absolutely no joke. Trying to communicate any issues with this company or trying to look for support will have your blood boiling. I just hope they don't do that shutting down my shop crap they're doing with others. I think they know that there's a huge amount of scammers using their sites and because they need to be seen to be doing something about this they show that they are investigating by investigating innocent well performing stores. How about chase the ppl who are stealing from your customers rather than the ppl who continuously make you money. You really need to employ competent human staff to deal with this type of operation because your budget cuts are going to lose you more in customer retention in the long run. My first order with Shopify messed up because they can't sync the logistics properly or there's noone to show you how. Weird weird set up & I'm always going to have 1 foot out the door with them because of my first experience and what I can see other much bigger sellers are experiencing. Doesn't make you want to grow your business with them. Very hard to also get support where the platforms are syncing (or failing to sync) with eachother. Nightmare mate if there's an alternative use it & put it in the reviews what it is because I want to look at other options!

Review of discogs
I've been a discogs user for nearly 20 years now and it would be fair to say the site has problems. The first big change came in 2006 when they decided to switch from a collection management tool to a marketplace. It's shining gem was the quality of the accuracy of the database, but that dropped off the face of the planet once vendors (rather than fans or collectors) started swamping it with their junk subs. It's just a mess now filled with duplicates, junk, or counterfeits. I guess all that stuff needed somewhere to go when GEMM shut. Also, much like ebay, very clearly used for money laundering when common releases are sold for uncommon sums. That's not to say I haven't used it to sell duplicates from my own collection every single month. I'm glad I'm making other fans happy and giving records a good home. But it's difficult to compete with the bot systems that allow sellers to advertise half a million items they don't actually have in stock and haven't actually graded. As for the actual infrastructure... eesh. I would have thought shutting down all the other -ogs sites would have improved capacity and reliability but this thing is up and down like a yo-yo. And they could have merged those -ogs databases in rather than just deleting all the work other people had put in but, in a nutshell, that sort of sums up their view of their users.Discogs works because it's the least worst option left, not because anything about it is good.
Review of discogs
Recently purchased some laughably overgraded and utterly rubbish quality vinyl....on enquiry to seller I immediately received a passive-aggressive wiseguy reply. Writing this off to experience and binning the goods. No intention of not cross-referencing with Trustpilot again prior to any financial transaction - let alone in light of the sea of negative feedback here. Sticking to Ebay and Amazon for the long haul. What a ludicrous waste of a brilliant business model and what a sign of the idiot times.

Please be aware of a used car dealership in Dumfries Va. called Premier Automotive. Inc., these people can't be trusted. I was there with my son last month to buy a car. The car price tag was $10,450 when salesman finished working up the number for a 2014 Hyundai Sonata the total price was $27,450 . We told him that was to much for that care and the we were not interested in buying the car. The sale person try his best to talk us into a deal which we declined. They call and text me for three weeks. Today I got a letter from Ally Bank that Premier had summited my application even though I told them I was not interested, and I asked them to stop calling and texting. For the this company to summitted my information to a bank for approval tells me they are shady. Stay away from Premier Automotive Used Cars at 17569 Old Stage Road Dumfries, VA. All their cars are as is as so they can sell you a warranty that cost a $1000.00 and force you to take the Gap Insurance which is optional.

The online subscription is truly unacceptable! No reminder sent to remind you that the subscription will be renewed and the cancellation procedure is an absolute f***ing nightmare and a hassle. Why the hell do you need 15 working days notice for cancellation???? Did it take 15 working days to take money from my account?????? Further, the sign up process is online, why not give an option to cancel online? You encourage people to email and go on liveChat only to direct them to call the customer service hotline, what's the point? Honestly the management of the online subscription is an absolute joke and con. Stay well away if you know what's good for you. They're just a bunch of scammers!

I had the same experience as other reviewers in that I never received my print magazine even though I subscribed to both digital and print in early Dec. 2024.I was able to resolve this with The Atlantic. I also found out that The Atlantic emailed promotional offers earlier this year but they were processed as gift subscriptions, which meant no address was connected to the subscription even though I had entered my address in my online account.Do this to resolve your issue with The Atlantic: Call 855-940-0585. When prompted, tap 1 for a call back. I was called back promptly and they resolved the issue. They first cancelled my current "gift" subscription then reissued a new regular subscription at no charge that doesn't expire until April 1, 2026. They turned off "Auto Renewal" in my account so I can manage my renewal myself and they're mailing me the back issues I never received.Do not email them. They never responded to my emails. I've waited weeks. The agent acknowledged they're extremely behind in responding to emails.

Review of squarespace
If I could give Squarespace zero stars, I would. Their customer service is an absolute joke. Slow, unhelpful, and completely uninterested in actually resolving issues. If you run into a problem, good luck getting a real response that isn’t a copy-pasted script. But the real nightmare? Domain management. They make it incredibly difficult to access, transfer, or even properly manage your own domain. Critical settings are buried, support is clueless, and they seem to hold domains hostage with unnecessary delays and roadblocks. For a company that claims to offer “all-in-one website solutions,” they sure fail at the basics. Stay far, FAR away unless you enjoy frustration, wasted time, and losing control of your own domain/website. Absolute disaster of a platform.
Review of shell
If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m sick and tired of being treated like garbage by this joke of a company.I went to the Shell station at Chwaszczyńska 10, Gdynia (Poland) to buy two packs of sticks and pay partially with points from the Shell app (9.44 PLN). The cashier, Amelia, in her utter incompetence, marked the payment as cash instead of card, which caused the transaction to be cancelled, and my points to be lost. Not refunded. Not usable again. Just gone.Did she fix it? No.Did the manager care? No.Did anyone at this goddamn station try to take responsibility? Hell no.Instead, I was left to pay the full amount myself and walk out of there with one pack instead of two, because their stupid mistake cost me money. And this wasn’t even the first time something like this happened at this particular station. It’s clearly a pattern of complete disregard for customers. This Shell station is a disgrace. Honestly, it’s a damn disgrace embarrassment to the brand. And if Shell as a company stands behind this level of “service”, then I’m done with you altogether. You’ve lost me as a customer. I’ll make sure others are warned too.
