Difficult to cancel

Be very careful with a trial subscription. It's difficult to cancel and you need to phone them up to get anywhere. They take weeks to reply via email, it's charged in advance with no rebate. The website doesn't support subscription management. Quite poor

Be Careful they can shut down your business.

Just hope they agree with your opinions. If not they WILL shut down you site.I was in the middle of watching Americas Frontline Doctors press conference on the site since Google, Facebook & twitter all scrubbed it. Right in the middle (during the question & answer period) the site went down and the screen said "website expired"Squarespace is deciding what speech their customers can present and what the public can see. These are all Medical Doctors that are treating patients.So much for free speech. Go listen and see it this is dangerous speach. OH WAIT, YOU CANT!!! Be very carful of letting others have their right stripped from them. YOU may be next.

The quality of the product was awful, the size was completely wrong and I paid £41 for a pillow case which looked cheap as hell and then took ages to be delivered ? I’m still waiting for my response for a refund but they seem to be taking ages to give me an answer to that and also I don’t think they a proper customer service number to call! Do not recommend this place

Hilton Hotels Reservation Service is TERRIBLE!

Wow, what has happened to Hilton hotels. Their customer service and reservations system and service is horrible. The people on the phone are confused and confusing to deal with. They are stiff, ask numerous questions and create an awkward experience. This is the first time I’m writing a review about them. This is the 3rd consecutive terrible experience I’ve had with the reservations department at Hilton. I’m not a fan and will no longer stay at Hilton Hotels. Each time I need to work with them I find myself getting frustrated and somewhat exhausted by the end fo the experience. One of my worst customer service experiences ever. Ugg

My account permanently suspended for no reason

My account has been suddenly suspended with no reason. Called the customer service where the agent from customer service wasn't even listening what was I asking him. He couldn't give me any specific reason because my account has been closed and then he just hung up on me. Awful company! Don't recommend it at all!

Waited over 3 hours for my food

Waited over 3 hours for my food, first 2 dashers decided not to deliver my order, the 3rd dasher just stole my food, she showed up to my house and I watched her pull up and take off immediately as I was coming outside, now she is not answering her phone, now door dash is making me wait 3 days for my money back, don't waste your hard earned money, they are the worst!!

cliente de longue date, je suis déçue des services depuis quelques années : temps de livraison très long pour des articles disponibles, passage obligatoire par Mondial Relais, même pour des petits articles qui pourraient être expédiés par poste, Mondial relais qu'on ne peut jamais joindre, et qui refuse d'indiquer si la livraison aura lieu le matin ou l'après-midi : ce n'est pas le client qui est à la disposition du livreur !.j'avais depuis plus de 10 ans un rangement papier cadeau très pratique qui avait fait son temps. J'en recommande un en décembre 2022 les yeux fermés : quelle ne fut pas ma surprise de voir qu'il avait changé de dimensions ! trop petit désormais pour les rouleaux que l'on trouve couramment en France. Ce qu'il avait perdu en longueur, il l'avait gagné en circonférence ! même volume donc... mais bon, on n'achète pas des m3 !!!. (ce n'est pas la 1ère fois que je constate que des articles ne correspondent pas aux habitudes et dimensions françaises... et avec des prix assez élevés pour ces babioles)en lisant les avis, je me suis aperçue que cela avait déjà été signalé il y a 2 ou 3 ans, avec promesse du Sce commercial d'en parler au Sce qualité : si cela a été signalé au fabricant, manifestement il n'en a pas tenu compte, et rien n'a été vérifié par le Sce qualité...les frais de port n'étant pas remboursés, je ne l'ai pas renvoyé.

Why oh why can’t we living in the United Kingdom pre order the new series 5 animal crossing amiibo cards on you website ?? They can in United States. Also you should watch where they are being sold. Game a provider of Nintendo products is currently charging £4.99 for one pack of them per household and £4.99 delivery whether on store or online ?? This is disgusting.

I really like Macy's but I fear they have gone under

I really like Macy's but I fear they have gone under. I have my favorite jeans and was surprised to find that they were back in stock so I ordered 2 pairs. Pants arrived but clearly not the pants that I ordered and clearly not made very well. I returned to store and order was received by Macy's on April 14th. Items marked in my account as being processed. There is no one home in customer service either. I just wanted to warn people not to order because you will probably not get what you originally ordered.

Laptop goes into sleep but does not wake up until battery dies again. Replaced the flex 11 with new units and it still had the same issue. They have this issue with almost all their laptops. What kind of fraudulent company keeps selling an unfinished product without even addressing the issue. I'm shorting this degenerate stock

Dell Inspiron 15 5000 Bad Purchase

I bought a Dell Inspiron 15 5000 a little over a year ago. About two weeks ago, I noticed that there was a cracking sound as I opened the laptop. That sound was caused by two fasteners that became disengaged from the monitor side panel. What a piece of junk. I contacted their "customer service" and since I did not have a warranty, I could not be helped. My advice is do not waste your money on such a shoddy laptop. You will regret it!
