Wow, what has happened to Hilton hotels. Their customer service and reservations system and service is horrible. The people on the phone are confused and confusing to deal with. They are stiff, ask numerous questions and create an awkward experience. This is the first time I’m writing a review about them. This is the 3rd consecutive terrible experience I’ve had with the reservations department at Hilton. I’m not a fan and will no longer stay at Hilton Hotels. Each time I need to work with them I find myself getting frustrated and somewhat exhausted by the end fo the experience. One of my worst customer service experiences ever. Ugg
