Crypto.com’s Disgraceful Handling of Fraud – Beware

I’ve had an absolutely terrible experience with Crypto.com. After falling victim to a scam that resulted in $5,000 being stolen from my account, Crypto.com has refused to take any responsibility or provide reimbursement. Despite promptly reporting the fraud, following all security measures, and even having the FBI involved, Crypto.com has been dismissive and unhelpful throughout the entire process.They submitted false information to my bank, claiming I received merchandise when the transactions were clearly part of a fraudulent scheme. Their customer service continues to give robotic, canned responses and has essentially ghosted me. They’ve wasted not only my money but also my time.I would strongly advise anyone considering using Crypto.com to think twice. If something goes wrong, expect zero support. This company does not stand behind its users when fraud occurs, in fact, they aim to profit from your misfortune. Save yourself the frustration and avoid Crypto.com at all costs

Leaving my Timeshares forever

Lonestar Transfer Company was very helpful getting me out of my TIMESHARES I had several and I signed a contract with them in Feb or March 2021. They were DEED FREE ( deeds were out of my name ) befoer Jan. 2022. They were very professional and kept in contact with me throughout the process. I had tried many others over the last 4 years and they just took my money and I never heard from them again, from trying to sell them even rent them and the other businesses just took my money and ran. I can finally relax and not have to burden my kids with the taxes and maintenance fees that were attached to the timeshares,for there are no more timeshares in my name and thanks to Lonestar Transfer I can rest in peace. Mindbody is single handedly destroying independent and small businesses with booking Systems that just do not do what they are supposed to do anymore. I am a client and also a user. My clients have been complaining that they are getting charged and not being able to book…Today I tried to book a class at another studio and the same thing happened to me. It charged me £8, the class was £16 and I didn’t have a booking after and I’m not going ask the studio for the money back because I know them and it’s a faff.Your staff are inexperienced, the technology is ott and not fit for purpose anymore.

MERRY FACEBOOK TO ME!....HO HO HO

Hello, I have had a Facebook account for years, but obviously that doesn't matter to Facebook how long you've had an account and have accumulated a following! I have tried and tried to get into my own account now for about 7 months, I've tried everything including sending my ID in about 3 or 4 times and still can't get into my account, I even have fingerprint authentication and still Nope!.... I can't even express how frustrating it is when your own profile is gaining followers and your on the outside watching!....HEY FACEBOOK WHY DONT YOU GIVE ME AN EARLY CHRISTMAS PRESENT AND LET ME BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT!....THAT WOULD BE NICE!

Need premium account to respond to messages

I posted a job listing for a one time housekeeping job only to find out I can't read or reply to the messages unless I am subscribed. ~$40 for a month of premium is way too much in my opinion. I would not have posted the job listing if it was more evident I wouldn't be able to respond using a basic account.

I would give negative stars if I could

I would give negative stars if I could. Wayfair sells shoddy products, ships them in inadequate packaging & when they arrive broken or with issues they string out the near non-existent customer service/return process to the point that it almost isn't worth the frustration.The website descriptions are often inaccurate & the "easy returns" process is a lie.I guarantee you they will find a way to charge you to make a return.I got burned by Wayfair twice & now I know to never even to visit the website again.You have been warned.

I do like playing the Unity games but…

I do like playing the Unity games but the games still need a lot of work done on them since online it says that Unity does do real payouts money on they’re games…so if that was true then why haven’t a lot of people gotten there money from them yet like in Village Saga and I played that game and I have two payouts that were supposed to be going to my PayPal account but haven’t received it yet and I have more waiting on top of that as well…please go through on what you promised on that app and pay the players on what they are supposed to be getting put into there PayPal account like players like me and fix it as well to make it more easier and faster to get the payouts to go into the PayPal account and actually go in and don’t have to wait for 3-15 days to get there money into it…also if Unity wants better reviews then they need to follow through with paying the players in there game or games like Village Saga then there reviews will go up…please and thank you !!!!!!!

Horrible customer service

Seller shipped to the wrong address and there is absolutely no recourse. Mercari kept telling me to contact USPS, which I did, but there is legally nothing they can do since they delivered the package to the address on the label.

Horrendous Customer Service

Beware of ever shopping at Lowes if there is Any possibility of having to make a return! Also beware of accepting a reduced price for damage incurred during delivery as you will not get cash you get a “refund” card you are required to use in store. I am currently a victim of their cooperate deception! I was told cards could be redeemed for cash once check cleared! Now have 2 “refund cards that I cannot cash out. Also was unable to use them for an online purchase made because I wasn’t there with photo ID! I have been trying to resolve this since mid May! No one answers at North Myrtle Beach Store and store in MN will not help me! I have made upwards of 20 phone calls , was given a case # and still no resolution. Customer service front line has tried to help but supervisors refused to speak with me! No manager or cooperate response in almost 60 days!

Ordered the following item:- "Taylor & Brown 10 Pairs of Plastic Shoe Trees Maintain Shape Shaper Shoes Footwear Stretcher Spiral Spring Transparent White Compatible for Men or Women Shoes" which arrived o 23rd Jine 2025. However, the delivery was a disaster !! It was dumped in my next door neighbours flowerbed despite our house number is clearly dislplayed. I just managed to see the delivery driver but he just waved and raced off. This is an appalling service especially as I'm on "prime". Tryin to contact Amazon is vertually impossible and trying to obtain a response is infuriating. Therefore, I'm about to cancel my Prime.

Xbox let me down

Xbox let me down . I was away for one day and came back to seeing “console is banned” . My Xbox was bought from a past relative of mine . They’re no longer around and you’ve took it off me . Worse part about it , I’ve done nothing . I checked enforcement page . I had 0/8 strikes . Yes 0 . So I rung up and they hung up . Two times !! All I wanted to know was why or how ? But you can’t get through to enforcement team other than on the site. But the site take you in a big loop . I type my number in and it won’t allow a call back . It’s horrible ! Been with you guys for 17/18 years now , all I’ve done is played Xbox and not once stepped out of line !! Not once ! Where’s my reasoning for a ban ? Are you going to replace my Xbox ? No of course not . You cannot replace something sentimental . It’s shocking and to be honest it’s sad too . It’s a good community but you just ban the wrong people . Like where’s the proof ? What have I done ? When did I do anything wrong ?? Why and how can you take something off me that I’ve paid for ? I’ve not done anything wrong !! I’ve spent well over £8000+ on games , consoles , controllers , accessories and bundles for Xbox and like that it’s gone . It’s also I’ve read up agaisnt the law to ban people in Europe from stopping them playing online games that they’ve purchased . Just so sad I’ve got this sentimental gift just still now . It’s not replaceable .I could understand if I stepped out of line but that’s not like me and if I did I’d want evidence . But you just don’t provide it and when confronted you hang up the phone or put people in a loop hole .

On the whole the spread of news is shallow and the Comments section rather puerile, ‘safe’ and of course woke and PC.If you enjoy having conversations and venting opinion in the comments sections below then please be careful to remain EXTREMELY bland and - frankly - wet. Otherwise you will be reported by other pathetic little people who may not like your opinion and jump at the chance when you drop a snappy come back or two. You will get absolutely no evidence but will be banned from commenting for a month - sent to headmasters office as it were!It’s become a toxic PC rag of brown shirts.
