Review of zara
I placed an online order for two jumpers the same size. when they arrived, one of the was 2 inches wider than the other, despite being labelled as the same size. Zara customer services are not easy to contact, only possible via social media and they are also incapable of having a grown up conversation, they just keep copy and pasting "sizes may vary" to which I ask is 2 inch variation in chest size acceptable. I just wanted an apology and free return.I'd advise anyone shopping with Zara (if you cant use an alternative retailer) to ONLY PAY BY CREDIT CARD OR WITH PAYPAL!!! so if you are unlucky enough to have to try and navigate their customer services you can simply contact your Credit card company or Paypay who will look into it and get your refund.

I have never had so much drama trying to get a simple issue sorted. I bought a lenovo laptop which had a minor issue with the screen I asked if this could be fixed under warranty and since the laptop was new I was told that it could be exchanged. I verified twice that I wanted an exchange rather than a refund as laptop was bought in sale and issue looked like it could be fixed easy enough. I get confirmation from digital river/ lenovo that the replacement laptop is available and would be shipped to me as soon as i follow instructions to send off the original laptop. After sending the laptop and waiting for a couple of weeks I start enquiring where the new laptop is. No one in digital river has a clue until it eventually turns out they cancelled my order for the replacement laptop without telling me. So I send a laptop and didn't get any back. I have so far wasted hours of my life since dealing with these people and everytime I have to start from the very start as they don't keep track of anything and each one has a different opinion on what can or can't be done to rectify this problem. Also they don't really seem to acknowledge it's their fault. Absolute clowns.

Ebay's customer guarantee is not worth the paper it's printed on. A seller can put lies about a product, pump the price up, and ebay will side with them. Please do not buy anything from a seller with no feedback. This Ebay stuff is getting worse as sellers know the loop holes. Shameful business practices Ebay uses!!

Do not under any circumstances get a secured credit card with Capital One. It is so much easier and more convenient to do it through Neo financial you won’t believe it. I was foolish enough to sign up for one of their secured cards not only did they happily charge me a $79 fee which would be ludicrous for a card that gives no points no rewards or anything, and when I paid off my card and request my security deposit back I was informed that I would receive it by check within the next two months somehow they are able to take payment within a matter of hours and they cannot return payment in any less than two months via mail. As if any credit card companies is good these guys are bottom of the barrel

Well, I think they are good scammers because they cancel an account supposedly for misuse and I say supposedly because they were wrong and if they force you to pay any balance that you owe them from that account but they don't pay you the rewards that the account has because they already closed it but to receive payment it doesn't matter that it's closed that anywhere is called a scam and taking matters to the attorneys 7 1 0 2 . PL to ensure no customer gets treated this way by preventing breaking of customer protection services
