I placed an online order for two jumpers the same size. when they arrived, one of the was 2 inches wider than the other, despite being labelled as the same size. Zara customer services are not easy to contact, only possible via social media and they are also incapable of having a grown up conversation, they just keep copy and pasting "sizes may vary" to which I ask is 2 inch variation in chest size acceptable. I just wanted an apology and free return.I'd advise anyone shopping with Zara (if you cant use an alternative retailer) to ONLY PAY BY CREDIT CARD OR WITH PAYPAL!!! so if you are unlucky enough to have to try and navigate their customer services you can simply contact your Credit card company or Paypay who will look into it and get your refund.
