My experience with Best Buy was the worst customer service I have ever received from a company. I am truly shocked at how bad customer service was. I bought a Mac computer worth $2,500 and I was supposed to pick it up at the store, but there were so many delays and problems. I contacted customer service at different times and on different days to see what was the issue, and every time I got someone from India barely speaking English. I could NOT reach the actual store I was supposed to pick up my computer from in Michigan, in the US. Two customer service reps were actually very rude. I received all kinds of excuses as to why my computer was not ready, from "it is on back order" to "your name is not on it" - which was false because I can see my account and my name is ON IT as the person to pick it up!!! Each time they said to me: "You will get an email within 45 minutes to let you know it's ready", it has been 3 days and no email, and still no computer, but they were quick enough to charge my card. Finally, after much anxiety and no results, I canceled my order at Best Buy and bought my MacBook Pro on Amazon, which I received within 2 days!!! I will NEVER EVER BUY FROM BEST BUY EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

I'd like to know why a book that I ordered from Abebooks on April 24th still hasn't been delivered? The seller indicated that it was shipped, but when I tried tracking the package on the USPS website the message that keeps coming up is a label has not been created. Why? The package was supposed to arrive by May 14th. You can't even email them. Tracking number 92419903032611543400031736.

Customer services are very unhelpful. They don't even send a message saying the trial is ending and charge you straight away. I think they are hoping people won't notice. Terrible.The app was saying it will run out on 13 Jan but CS is saying it is 11 Dec when they charged me.

I requested an Uber. The driver showed up in his Red Telsa backed in my drive way and pull off. Lyft really need to get drivers that care and NOT RACIST. He just made me late for work. Do not get the driver that drives the Red Telsa. If he only want certain kind of ppl in his car, he need to find another job. If I could ill give a 0.
