I installed a Fujitsu whole house ducted air system in 2010. The system performances was terrible. On an over 35 degree day the indoor temperature could not get below 28 degrees even with the thermostat set below 20. The duct outlet air couldn’t get below 20 degrees until after 7pm. I had the system checked by the installers a number of times, even contacted Fujitsu without improvement. I replaced the ceiling insulation with R3.5 bats and installed retro fit window double insulation without effect.The System failed with a circuit board failure in 2018 that was replaced. This year it failed again and I bit the bullet and replaced the system with a Daiken system that on a over 35 degree day gives 10 degrees outlet air. At last we have working air.I initially bought the system because I foolishly trusted the promotion by the cricket captain that Fujitsu was Australias favourite air.
