They force you to cancel by phone which is restrictive and probably illegal. I advise folks in Ireland to contact CCPC about this practice as it will not stand up to any kind of legal scrutiny. Unlike most other online services they will not refund online payments as a courtesy if you forget you have subscribed and contact them on the day of their charge. Also, their customer support agents and pompous and unhelpful. The guy I spoke to on live chat wouldn't answer a simple question on if I was forced to cancel by phone. He kept answering by almost blaming me for not adhering to the contract/agreement, as if we all have the time to read terms & conditions in detail before signing up. Don't go near this publication until they radically improve their customer service.

**Temu Altered My Order & Voided My Promotion!** I placed an order for three items—window lights, a wall sticker, and a bedding set—and was entitled to three promotional gifts: resin moulds, wax chips, and curtains. Everything seemed fine until Temu randomly split my order, separating the bedding set into a separate transaction. Because of this, they **unfairly revoked my curtain gift**, despite me meeting all the original terms! This is deceptive and unethical. A company should not be allowed to **retroactively change orders** to suit its needs while disregarding its customers. I fulfilled my end of the agreement, yet Temu did not. This kind of **dishonest business practice undermines consumer trust**, and I urge potential buyers to be cautious when dealing with Temu. If a company **advertises a promotion, it should honor it**, not manipulate transactions after the fact. I have contacted customer support, and I expect a resolution. **Until Temu rectifies this, I cannot recommend shopping with them.**

They will take your money, and 1 or 2 years later will brick your device so you have to buy a brand new one. I have probably spent, in total, 50 hours trying to fix my Rift S (and that's even when I got it brand new) because of the numerous bugs. Please get anything else, I will probably not be buying another device from these people, not even any product or service provided by them. Liars, cheats, and scammers. 0/10 for me, at least their support is nice when you finally get through a 3 story maze to find them.

I would give less than one star if possible. Ive used booking.com for many years without incident but will now be closing my account and never using them again. I booked 3 nights using Tesco voucher worth £420 which I thought was the amount for the room. It turns out that hotel.com used £340 from my voucher then charged me £68 cash on top. So I’ve lost £80 of my hard earned voucher. I accept that it was my mistake but the process is extremely complicated. Surely a responsible company who cares about customer service would try and help. I contacted them as soon as I realised. I did an online chat to try and remedy this even suggesting to book an extra night so as not to loose the full value of my voucher. They said that I couldn’t make any changes and said there was nothing I could do other than cancel the booking but I would lose the voucher and the cash. They said there was nothing I could do about. I said I wanted to make a formal complaint and they said they would record it. I asked when and how they would inform me of the outcome of my complaint. They said they didn’t do that!! They then cut me off from the chat. Clearly Hotels.com are not interested in in any kind of customer service and I feel that I’ve been treated with contempt by them

It is impossible to get resolution or speak with someone that CAN give you a resolution. You get re-routed a thousand times between reps in Philippines and then claim that they transfer you to a "supervisor" which is in the resolution specialist department. They promised me 3 different things as an inconvenience for waiting weeks for a product THAT HAS YET TO ARRIVE or even change the status on shipment. The first rep told me that she would give me 35% off email to use in future purchases, the 2nd was told that she would give me a $20 gift card and confirmed my email then when I never got an email a different representative said that the gift card is a mailed in gift card and not emailed. I asked for a supervisor and was sent to Alyzza Employee#91201586 which was EXTREMELY rude and said she would not honor anything that was previously promised to me and would honor only a 25% promo code. Judy Employee#91198124 told me that they cannot process email but it has to be a physical card. If I do not receive it, then she will in 7-10 days provide me a promo code to use either in "past purchases as a credit" and when I told her HOW is that possible? She said you can also use it in future purchases. I have ZERO idea if I will ever get my $20 gift card or let alone my over $200 purchase I made. This is the worst customer service I have EVER received. For a reputable company this is horrific.

Oops confused with Good Morning the News Programme. Where are past Presenters Josie Gibson, Ruth Langsford and Fern Britton? Andi Peters and Ranvir Singh should be Presenters. Bring in a few young Presenters. Mix them. No set couples.Dermot O'leary the Music man should be on a Music show once a week at night. With other Presenters eg Chris Evans, Billy Piper, Cheryl Baker, Bob Geldof. I would pay £10 a month for this. No problem. Jay G on Youtube

I took the New and Old Delhi tour. The driver was on time, even 5 minutes earlier. Very polite and good driving. Delhi is very crowded. The guidewas Very helpful and well informed. The program of the tour Very interesting. The only little things I want to point out is that in my opinion we spend too much time in the 3 temples . I should prefer that the visit in old Delhi market was shorter, too. But these are my personal preference. Over all the tour was very good and value for money
