Is zero stars possible!!!??? This company is the absolute worst! I had the pleasure of speaking with Jessica Jones, pretty sure that isn’t her real name, for over an hour. She continued to give me the same response when asking to cancel my subscription with them, but she reassured me it was a legally binding contract, yet she could not provide me with the “contract.” All I wanted was to cancel an 8 year (yes 8 year) subscription that my 10 year old renewed for me. She told me the only option the server was giving her was to pay $279 to cancel. What??? She then told me she owned McAfee, so when she told me she was not collecting my money I replied with “But you own the company since you do not have a boss…” The she told me she would sit on the phone with me until the end of her shift, oh wait, she did put me on hold to use the bathroom, I’m assuming she thought I would hang up. Jessica so kindly said that she put a flag on my account so if I called back I would only go to her. No customer service here, just “You agreed to the terms and conditions so we are holding you to it!” I am beyond furious, the fine print says you can cancel and receive a refund within 30-60 days of your auto renewal. Good luck with that! No humanity, no empathy, no compassion, just take your money and run! Oh and they say if you change your card or dispute the charge they will still collect their money. So shady and completely wrong!

The biggest issue is that anyone can write anything about any business, even if they’ve never been there, making it impossible to trust the feedback. If you're looking for reliable opinions, I'd suggest checking Booking.com instead—you’ll have a better chance of finding genuine insights there.

I’m a cab driver from Birmingham went to london after 10 year with customer I get late 30 to come out from congestion charge it was Saturday butt no I get captured in camera I I get fine of £90 is a joke, I earned £180 from that job and I’m paying now £90 to TFL thank you for your help to make cost of living more difficult for people, if I get late 30min instead of £15 change £30 butt no bcoz is london every thing is expensive very disappointing TFL first they make pollution changes then they see now people change there cars they was getting nothing from the road then some intelligent persone creat congestion charge no choice for people just thing there own business

I'm not a spotify premium customer, as I cant afford it. However the ads on the free option are kinda confusing. The ones where its selling spotify premium, there are references made to a tub of ice cream?? Why? This is hilarious. And its referenced more than once.

Not a good experience at all with MuseScore, it feels like a scam. Confusing website, prone to misclicing and end up with unwanted services and extra charges. A customer service that MuseScore likes to refer to which is hard to reach when it comes to complaints and refunds. Either you get automated responses, or they take a long time to reply, or they don’t respond at all.Ended up with a one year PRO plus membership and paying 40 dollars when downloading two pieces of sheet music. I did end the membership before the free trial period was over but was charged despite that. Now they are unwilling to refund.

Anyone who is thinking of buying a Google pixel phone, please don't! Go for any other brand, even TCL!I have a pixel 8a which is absolutely the worst phone I have ever had. The fingerprint recognition is atrocious and has led to freezing my banking apps! The phone retailed around £450 at the time. There are way better phones at that price point. I was somewhat forced to get this one as Curry's didn't have many options within my budget and I needed a phone urgently as my trusted Vivo gave up after 6 and ½ years of faithful service.

Whenever I ran an ad, it would be approved than someone pretends to be with Meta blocks the ad. They take my money. I dispute the charge with my credit card company and receive a credit. There are scammers on this platform like no one's business. I left Facebook and Instagram four months ago. Best decision I made.

2 weeks ago I suddenly had to verificate my address thru their app. I made pictures of all kind of bills and goverment letters but nothing got approved. Suddenly I had to verificate myself again thru a verification video. I had to do this by sending them the video in the crypto.com chat, I did this but nobody ever helped me out there. I just got default answers from their customer support to bear with them while they are processing the verification. After few hours the chat just gets closed and my account stays unverificated. I just hope to get my account verificated to withdrawel the money (in big loss) and never use this platform again.
