The worst customer support and login…

The worst customer support and login features out of any program out there. It's impossible to make a second account for any reason. everything is tied to your cell phone. want to chat in a new server? need to verify by phone. want to make an account? you cant because you need to verify by phone. if you phone is attached to another account, you literally cannot do anything. "Remove your phone number" theres no option for that anymore. in order to remove the # you have to delete you account which can take 2-4 weeks if not longer. it should be immediate. their support is their dumb chatbot and all ai. any human response you get it just a reworded version of what their ai said. how the mighty have fallen

Huge Disappointment. Completely Biased. Totally Political, Ergo Useless for Actual Fact Checking

I thought this fact checking organization would be an unbiased, non-partisan politically, actually not political at all, and provide honest, straight up information for people who really want to be well informed, and not misinformed or used and abused as a platform to sound off politically.Not only that, but when I went to REVIEW SNOPES, I had to sign in. After my negative review, a screen popped up saying that I will get an email to confirm the email address. Shocker that I never did get an email. This tells me that they are actually screening honest reviews, have no intention of trying to be a better company, and don't care the least about the audience/ reader. Very disappointed.

Need a specific refund, the only way to get it is by going through live chat.The problem? Absolutely no response, been trying for the past 4 days, every day after work. Says can you hold for 10 minutes to transfer to an agent. And you get absolutely nowhere.No alternatives at all beyond going to the forum. It's disgusting they don't have a phone number or a simpler way to ask for a refund when your ps+ subscription was auto renewed.

Add keeps playing over and over again without the video playing back. Overall it’s SH****TTT.Absolutely impossible to use! You dalymotion need to improve the quality of your website it’s horrible. Very poor warranty support. After having Fenix 5X Sapphire for a year and half the barometer broke down. Since the seller in my country bankrupted I contacted Garmin support HQ. They were unable and unwilling to help. So now I have 600€ watches ready to be thrown to bin :/

App needs an improvement

The lessons are pretty good and you can learn something if you practice a lot. But the app does not work properly, every single week it's not loading or lessons got stuck and you need to reinstall it which is pretty annoying.
