2 weeks ago I suddenly had to verificate my address thru their app. I made pictures of all kind of bills and goverment letters but nothing got approved. Suddenly I had to verificate myself again thru a verification video. I had to do this by sending them the video in the crypto.com chat, I did this but nobody ever helped me out there. I just got default answers from their customer support to bear with them while they are processing the verification. After few hours the chat just gets closed and my account stays unverificated. I just hope to get my account verificated to withdrawel the money (in big loss) and never use this platform again.
