I think the many 1-star reviews speak for themselves. But I will write my review regardless. When I bought this subscription, I was under the impression I would be able to read more than one book. Once I created my list of favorites and started reading, a day later, the book I was reading, as well as the rest of the books on my list, were all marked as "currently not available". I tried contacting customer service for this problem but was told it would be available on February 6th. Not surprisingly, that´s the date my subscription ends. As a reader and a customer, I don´t want to pay for a subscription for reading books with no guarantee that I´ll be able to finish them. This isn´t just bad customer service but a horrible marketing strategy.
