Do not book there!!!!!

I stayed at Best Western Mornington Hotel Hyde Park ( 12 Lancaster Gate ) for 5 nights ( 16/3/2017 to 21/3/2017). It was an awful experience!!! The room was very small (there was not space to open 2 large suitcases ) , the bed TINY, no refrigerator, sheets and towels have been changed only ONCE (yes 1 time in 5 nights), I had to login with full details every single time I wanted to surf the Internet,when I checked out no one asked me how did I find my stay.During the whole stay no one of the receptionists bothered to asked me if I was OK. Last but not least, I had prepaid 100 pounds ( like an imbecile!! ) per night and when I was there they advertised,on their site, for ONLY 72 pounds a room.We are talking about a hudge difference.There is not even a ramp to roll the suitcase!!!Only the breakfast and the kitchen staff were very good.

Refund Refused even though cancelled

Cancelled auto renew but they charged me $299 instead of $99 I had previously paid. Tried to just cancel the whole thing day after the charge but they have refused to refund the incorrectly charged $299. So I am being charged even though I had no use of the system and for triple the price with no advance notice. This is outrageous and I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.Their response is further outraging. They know I only paid the $99 for one year and tried repeatedly to cancel auto renew and they make that impossible. Then they have the gall to charge $299 - which they NEVER advised ahead of time and will not cancel or refund the first work day after a charge done on a Sunday the 12th of January. This is a private company pretending to be an educational institution as they got the .edu before it was restricted to real educational institutions. Don’t be fooled by this company. They finally refunded the $299 on January 15 however it has not yet been reflected on my credit card.

I found Typeform from a Google search for website forms and I couldn't be happier with what I found. Typeform is incredibly easy to use, easy to integrate and end-user friendly. We started using Typeform on our website a few weeks ago and since then we have had more traction from the form than ever before. I will be telling everyone about Typeform!

Can I ask why Dropbox could not recover over 1 million files that have been on Dropbox for over 6 years after ransomware had encrypted the files ?You managed to only recover about 10% of the files that were lost. Can I ask where the rest are please ?

Worsh App Ever

I downloaded the coinbase wallet, when I was doing the setting for it, it did not ask for email address or ID but it looks like the system decided to get an email on its own, because of that I can not add a bank account. Customer service is bad but I believe the main reason is because they are not actually talking to us, everthing is been done through email and out of 3 thing that need to be fix they answer only for one, but the time I got the answer I had already done what the email instructed me to do. This is the worst app ever. I have been trying to get it fix for 2 days now. A third world country has a way better app.

Violated ADA laws. Ocean Ave with…

I booked a condo on Ocean Ave with Walter Franks as the Host, on April 24, 2024 to stay August 1 to August 4, 2024, and recently extended the stay for an extra day. On July 31, in the am, I received a call from a woman telling me she would be sending me videos with instructions to access the property, and asked about the weight of my service dog. At 8:57pm I received the texts but did not reply. The address did not match the address that I booked. I called back the day of my departure August 1, at 9:30 am and questioned the address. She told me that my dog was too big for the Ocean Avenue property and that she "upgraded" me to the new property. The old property was a top floor penthouse suite with the balcony overlooking the Santa Monica Pier directly across the street. The new propery was almost 5 miles north in Pacific Palisades, inland. I told her this was unnaceptable, and that if I could not stay in the Ocean View suite, I wanted a full refund. She told me she would refund the money.The thing is, I originally messaged Walter Franks (the host) and told him that I was bringing my service dog. I told this lady as well as messaging Walter Franks, that they are in direct violation of the ADA act. The lady told me that the dog was too big for the original unit. I do not understand that since the Ocean Ave ad claims it can accommodate 4 adults. My dog weighs 47 pounds. I filed a formal ADA complaint with the US Attorney Generals office. This is outragerous! VRBO needs to re-educate the property owners. I was all packed to go!!Date of experience: August 01, 2024

Have reported videos on TikTok regarding animal cruelty and suffering. Reported users for comments made, threatening violence to children in videos. All have come back with no violations. So TikTok is ok with animal cruelty and violent threats to children. Just to be aware.

I generally love IKEA!

I generally love IKEA!! I was excited as my sister had sent me an IKEA gift card. My sister had sent me the docket in case, as she lives interstate. I saw there was a Buy Back scheme. I thought what a great idea! I had two of Solid IKEA FRANKLIN bar stools. I didn't need them any more as my new kitchen doesn't have a breakfast bar. I registered them online. Estimate number: 596182. Approx $40My friend & I carried one each as quite heavy. I got to the desk. They got him to come out & see the bar stools. No communication, or eye contact. just a grunt, "Its rusty" as he walked back out the store room. I looked at the sales assistant in disbelief. I said, they are not rusty!! It is a matte chrome! She said what he says goes. I asked could we leave them there on a trolley till we did our shopping. so much for having good quality second hand products & to be offered nothing! Please do not do Buy Back schemes if it is a farce! There were no scratches & used in very good condition. All good as a day later I had a buyer so excited to get them !I did have fun enjoying the innovative ideas in the prop rooms. A shame at how many products weren't` available. However I did find plenty of other things. one of my favourite was the very sturdy JONAXEL storage basket shelving.fitted perfectly in my wardrobe. My friend had also brought one for her craft items. The staff on the floor were very helpful including the checkout team members.
