Great Engagement and Follow-UpThe daily email I was receiving started coming in with information missing. I reached out to customer service and Sakshi emailed me back asking for more information and explaining how he was going to escalate the issue. We stayed in touch throughout – he was always responsive – and the problem was resolved. If I want to nitpick, it was't the fastest experience, but again, Sakshi was always engaged, so still, it was a pretty darn good one.

I contacted McAfee this afternoon after the recent death of my father. He had purchased a subscription of McAfee LiveSafe in June of 2023 which doesn't even begin until June 2025. First question, why are they selling subscriptions that don't even start for two years? When I requested the subscription be canceled because he had passed away, I was told that they could cancel the auto-renew option but it was outside of the stated 30 day cancellation policy so we could not get his money back. Seriously? The subscription doesn't even start for another year and a half and they can't cancel it and issue a refund?

Venmo suspended my account for no reason and no explanation. Then they canceled my venmo card and kept my $. I followed the instructions sent to me several times over several weeks. They still have my account suspended and they still have my $ and will not respond. PLEASE DONT USE THIS APP IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR $!!!

I have made several calls to your Venmo Credit Card Customer Support and am extremely unhappy with the service I have been provided. The first time I called on 12/10/2024 I navigated the automated phone system, which is very inefficient and irritating, only to be hung up on immediately after selecting to Speak with a Customer Service Representative. I called back the same day and the CSR I spoke with was unable to help me. I called back again later the same day and was hung up on again. I called again today on 12/11/2024 and spoke with a CSR that was unhelpful. The automated system told me to wait on the line after our call for feedback, but the CSR would not hang up. I stayed on the phone for over 30 minutes hearing him belch loudly in the phone and make other obscene noises. Eventually the call ended and it did not allow me to provide feedback on the call.

I purchased this guitar several weeks ago and have to say that in 55 years plus of playing this model has surpassed the numerous Gibson Les Paul Juniors that have passed through my hands in all those years. For the price it is outstanding ...the quality is first rate .... it's a handsome piece of kit and I recommend it to any guitar player amateur or professional. The fat neck may not be to everyone's taste but it suits me just fine ... perfect for bottleneck !! OK my only grouch is the pickup but considering the price it's perfect ... I had to change it for something with a bit more punch.So Thank you Thomann for proving to me not all guitars have to cost a fortune ... beginners pay heed !!

Domain has OK support with domains. However, your options for website building and email are very poor and unless you are expert you will get nowhere hosting your domain here. I spent 3 years trying to figure out my first website here and finally gave up. Switched to a different hosting service and now all is fine. I do not recommend this service to beginners.

Avoid! You won't get your money.I created my Buy Me A Coffee page late November 2018, collected about $60 from donations which I requested a payout from on Dec 12th. The website says payments should be processed within 7 days. But it's now February and it's still "pending". Tried to contact support several times with no response.
