I contacted McAfee this afternoon after the recent death of my father. He had purchased a subscription of McAfee LiveSafe in June of 2023 which doesn't even begin until June 2025. First question, why are they selling subscriptions that don't even start for two years? When I requested the subscription be canceled because he had passed away, I was told that they could cancel the auto-renew option but it was outside of the stated 30 day cancellation policy so we could not get his money back. Seriously? The subscription doesn't even start for another year and a half and they can't cancel it and issue a refund?
