Several price increases mean that Xero has become too expensive for my needs as a micro business, especially when considering that Freeagent is free with my bank.The new invoicing layout is horrid. Complete backward step. No idea why they've done it.I will soon be migrating to Freeagent - just as good if not better than Xero.Xero customer for 10 years. Looking forward to moving on and not paying £500 per year to send a couple of invoices and submit a milage claim each month.As a side note, Xero also doesn't act on feature requests like the one I put in almost 3 years ago to see a graphic breakdown of invoiced amounts by month on the main dashboard. Surely this is a basic feature?

How are these people in business???!!I am trying to use We Transfer to take a 30 minute 500 MB video off of my iPhone. First attempt it completely froze after 20 minutes. I think it said 22%. Second attempt made it to 75% done. It was late, so I thought I'd go to sleep and SURELY in the morning it will be done. WRONG. It was still at 75%. It must have stopped but still said "uploading". Third attempt made it to 100% with "2 minutes until upload". I thought "WOOHOO!! Well, 10 minutes later it was still "uploading". ALSO - I have attempted SEVERAL times to update my password and the system says it will send me an email to do so, but it does not send any emails, spam or otherwise. There is no way to talk to We Transfer via telephone (which I admit is a bit rare these days) or by CHAT (which is at least basically acting like you give a rip about your customers!) Oh, and the last thing of interest and irritation is they have some sort of page that shows all these stats and green bars with messages like "system fully operational". Ha! Really? Are you having a laugh? I'm done. Absolute waste of two days.

Discogs sucks. For years, Discogs has went downhill.People who care about seller and buyer satisfaction are not going to work for Discogs. That's why Discogs has a worker shortage.It's become a 1984 privacy nightmare while forcing sellers to use PayPal's awful and evil platform for selling music. PayPal has been banning journalists exposing N.A.T.O. war crimes. PayPal is part of the central bank mafia that rewards war criminals by banning people who fight against warmongering tyrants. This is class war via censorship. That's why antiwar activists are avoiding PayPal like the plague. Discogs is financially rewarding these PayPal war criminals.Discogs doesn't hold scammy sellers accountable by never auditing them before they sell music like physical shops get audited. Instead, people's forum threads get deleted on Discogs's website if they complain about sellers. This is how scammy sellers get away scot-free. I got my forum thread deleted after exposing a horrible seller. Please do not buy from windslowoddfellow on Discogs. I told them not to ship an item. But they did anyway and never responded to me.Edit: Another issue I have with Discogs is its user-unfriendly database. It is horrible for artists who have very long discographies. You search forever to find an artist's particular release from a specific year. If you accidentally click out of a browser tab, then the process of taking forever starts over again. This used to not happen. I used to change the website link and it would give me a particular year faster. But this is not an option anymore. So, Discogs sucks for artists who have very long discographies that you have to search forever. Whoever runs the Discogs website sucks at organizing things to make things easier for people. Whoever runs the Discogs website made it less organized and more painfully long to search for particular things from artists' discographies.

The most surprising result about my DNA profile was that I am 99% of Italian ancestry.Was not expecting that outcome. It was very revealing that my ancestors stayed in the same area of Italy for centuries before my grandparents came to America for economic opportunities.

Please do not think that you are going to get what you deserve from DoorDash. This company is not an American company. I kept getting Indian people who pretty much told me. “Oh well.” My driver disappeared for 20 minutes, but still stated that she delivered my order, AND ON TIME, in which she did not. It was $60 worth of pizza and the only thing they would give me was $20 back In credits. So basically, with my next order that little $20 was eaten up but I still had to pay $18 for a damn McDonald’s order???? A happy meal, a triple cheeseburger meal and a 10 piece chicken nugget meal and that was $50?? WTH??? This is just a scam. It’s better if you just go pick up your own food.

I’m extremely disappointed with this service, and I feel like I’m being completely brushed off. I’ve had multiple delivery issues where my order was either dropped at the wrong location or not delivered at all. After this happened the first time, I was given a refund and a PIN code was added to my account to prevent it from happening again.But it did happen again — and this time, the delivery was marked as complete, yet no PIN was used, even though one was required. I never received my order. Since then, I’ve been trying to get answers about how a delivery was completed without the PIN, and no one will explain. I’ve asked multiple times through chat, and every time, I’m told someone will get back to me, but no one ever does.Worse, I’ve been disconnected from chat multiple times, and when I start a new one, I’m either ignored or dismissed. This is not okay. I’m not just upset about a missing order — I’m upset about the complete lack of support, the refusal to take responsibility, and the fact that I’m being given no clear explanation.If you’re thinking of using this service, be cautious. They clearly don’t have reliable systems in place, and they don’t seem to care about fixing it when things go wrong.

I ordered a rug from BEDBATHBEYOND. I ordered two items which I got one and the other was a big rug. They said it was from another vendor. It never shipped. So they did a replacement 2x!!!!!!!!! Still never received it!!! And still waiting for my refund! I believe the customer service is not stationed in America so you will have much frustration in communication. DONOT order from bed bath beyond online. Go inside the store to buy or what’s in stock. This is the worst customer care I EVER received

It took nearly two weeks to download your Telstra App. I have never been so stressed in my life trying to update my debit card....what a company this is. If it wasn't for the upheaval it would cause me to change from Telstra I sure would. Eventually a friend, who is an expert on computers, came and downloaded the App. Believe it or not, it took him an hour to work his way around all the paraphernalia but he got there in the end and I was able to update the expiry date on my card. O.M.G. what a company!
