It took nearly two weeks to download your Telstra App. I have never been so stressed in my life trying to update my debit card....what a company this is. If it wasn't for the upheaval it would cause me to change from Telstra I sure would. Eventually a friend, who is an expert on computers, came and downloaded the App. Believe it or not, it took him an hour to work his way around all the paraphernalia but he got there in the end and I was able to update the expiry date on my card. O.M.G. what a company!
