Sold my house completion in 40 days. Ingelby Homes very professional and I cannot praise enough the professionalism of this team. Jayne Julie and Karen were fantastic and what I and other sellers like is being contactable either email and verbally with responses. Jayne rang me regularly with updates which put my mind at ease many times. No false promises just the truth. They sold a house last year for us and were equally amazing no stupid house valuation’s Anthony was spot on and understands the market. Same staff team have been there for many years always a good sign. Completion date today so went to new office and it’s stunning so professional and easy to park. The sale was text book from valuation to viewings as soon as on the market viewings took place which they carried out thank you Jan. All agents tell you they have a list of people wanting that type of house but it’s a rouse to get you in. This agent really did have people. Thank you to a wonderful team .

This is not normal for me to right a bad review as a company owner but it has really disappointed me and come to this. My work has dried up as it is Christmas and a couple off unexpected bills coming through, so i decided to take a little money out off my crypto.com app that i been raving about and getting other people on it to invest in crypto as well.. so i dont wont to tell them that there customer service is not contactable or dont get back to you? and when you really need to get money out you cant!! i been with you for over 3yrs now and regularly investing i am so dispionted with the treatment that you have giving me i really dont want to upset anyone over Christmas and really want to relax cause i should be able to relax and take some money out as i have never done this before...3yrs.. my state off mind and mental heath is not good over this.. i would be happy yo change the review if you sort out my is issue.1. i damaged my phone one day and had to get a new one. loaded everything back up as usual.2. just learned that i dont know what authenticator app i used before, so you have asked me to get in contact to you to revoke my 2fa to sort this out please get back in contact to me...please me and get in touch with meThankyou crypto.com the issues that i had have now all been sorted and that I can get money out md they worked wonders in the end so I am going to change my review

Poor customer service from Katie via Twitter. Hadn't received my refund for a £115 return that I sent back 35 days ago and was left waiting. Got in touch to explain this and was asked to provide proof of postage so I sent over my tracking number. Katie refused to refund me because it wasn't enough proof and that I needed the receipt showing the weight and postcode even though I sent her enough proof to show it had been sent to the correct address. I even sent a screenshot of the tracking on their own online returns portal and she wouldn't accept that. Why have a returns portal for customers if you don't look it as valid return information? It's pointless! The tracking number is proof of return and that should be enough! She clearly didn't know what she was doing as when I called up, a lovely man saw my tracking straight away and refunded me without hesitation. Poor service from Katie!

We endured their high-pressure sales funnel and got suckered into a deluxe $250/mo platform and a $750 training/integration plan. We were made to sign a 1-year contract. After hearing this, we said to our sales guy that we were a small business just starting out, and what if it doesn’t work for us. “If it truly doesn’t work for you, you’ll be able to get out of the contract.” This was told to us verbally and my biggest mistake was not getting this in writing. From Day 1, our integration specialist could not get our automation to work right. There was never once a time where our customers got their emails at the right time. We run a meal prep delivery company, and it’s of paramount importance that the “your meals are being delivered tomorrow” emails are times right. We **constantly** had panicked customers reaching out to us afraid that their meals were stolen or that they were being delivered at the wrong time, when it was really just our haywire email system. Our integration specialist could never fix it. She referred us to a supervisor who could never fix it. They outsourced our problem to a 3rd party expert who was supposed to be the ultimate answer because he could fix anything. He could not fix it. We endured this for 8 months of our 1yr contract before we finally gave up and cancelled. Throughout that whole time, not only did we pay $250/mo plus the $750 integration plan, but they charged us a $300 contract breaking fee. All for a system that never worked ONCE and cost us additional money in lost reputation because of our endlessly confused customers. You can only say “please forgive our haywire email system” so many times. I told them I would let the monthly payments go but I was livid and wanted to fight them on the $300 fee because the contract implies that I ever had a working system, and I did not. They don’t care and aren’t refunding it. The only recourse I have is to tell my story on every review site I can find.

Bad enough that I am thinking on switching to other services instead of paying Crunchyroll for a sub, and it is sad to say considering I have been a Crunchyroll user for so many, many years (minus another star here).It is true that they have a terrible customer service. In this day and age, a terrible thing to have (minus another star here).Hoping they fix everything and get up to speed (before I take another star away and leave out of disappointment).

I was sold fake AirPods on Mercari. The serial number was legit but apparently had been reused over and over again. There's no way to tell that unless you go to the Apple store. Once I discovered this, I contacted Mercari. No refund because it was longer than two weeks. This site is a joke.
