Great library of anime (five stars here), some of the top anime on new seasons not out yet so have to look for them in other services like Hulu and for me this is getting behind on your promise (minus one star here).The apps are terrible. Bad enough that I am thinking on switching to other services instead of paying Crunchyroll for a sub, and it is sad to say considering I have been a Crunchyroll user for so many, many years (minus another star here).It is true that they have a terrible customer service. In this day and age, a terrible thing to have (minus another star here).Hoping they fix everything and get up to speed (before I take another star away and leave out of disappointment).
