This led to a major personal safety issue for myself and my husband for our wedding day. When I called customer service, they said they could have the listing down within 10 days, with no explanation of why it was up in the first place

Review of teachable
I was registered to a school on teachable that went offline. I have sent countless messages to the owner and teachable for the past 3 months but no reply just an automated message every time. I had paid for the classes which i am entitled to and can’t get hold of anyone to solve the issue. And quality of the video streaming isn’t so good either i would have expected much more.
Review of duolingo
Does not log all your XP including double timed XP. If you pay for a subscription for an App like this you expect it work. It's a rip off. I have submitted 4 tickets with no response and no fix. Appalling customer service. Language pronounciations are terrible not not always accurate. More like a game than a true language learning app.
Review of crocs
Ordered 2 pairs of crocs after already owning 2 pairs and found the sizing to be very inconsistent. Looked at returning the ill-fitting pairs at 8:40 the day they arrived, but my order number and email address were not recognised on the system. Tried to contact customer services by phone, live chat, twitter, facebook and email with no success. The first contact I had with a human was at 13:36 asking for my order numbers again. I provided them and finally got sent a link to a portal to complete my return at 17:11. All together took an entire business day to just return what I would consider faulty goods. Have yet to receive any update from Crocs themselves, however my items were received by them yesterday..
Review of logitech
I ordered an iPad keyboard (M4). The Logitech site promised delivery the next Friday. When the delivery didn't come I opened a chat the next day and was told 1.that it hadn't shipped2. I could not change delivery address (I wasn't going to be at that location after Saturday) until a FedEx tracking number was issued and I would have to change delivery address with FedEx. 3. I could not get a refund.The tracking number finally came on the following Monday but when I reached out to FedEx they said only Logitech could change shipping address.I called Logitech again and they gave me the option to halt the package (again in the state where I was no longer located) and the package could be returned. Once the package was received back to them they would offer a refund in 2 to 3 weeks. What? The customer service people were nice but had no tools to assist me. Logitech made a commitment that it didn't keep and could offer me nothing to assist or compensate for the mistake of buying from them.

I have used constant contact, mail chimp, and others in the past but decided to try Hubspot. I created my first email campaign for a product launch to my customers and after spending a couple of hours, I sent it out. After checking on my campaign moments later I discovered my account was deleted! After reviewing my emails I found one with the subject "Blocked Content" Withholding of data policy. So essentially something simple, or maybe a typo, who knows what exactly violated their policy but there automated process deleted my account and time spent without regard. After speaking to a chat agent, there remediation is set up a new account, we cannot recover the deleted account. No Thank you! If I can give a 0 star, I would. A

This is my second review for Tractor Supply. This one is specifically for the Johnston, RI store. Had a coupon for a free 5 lb. bag of dog food, but they were out of stock. It was the last day for the coupon, so I requested a rain check. The manager's terse reply was "We don't give rain checks, you're out of luck" or something similar. Really? Nice store most of the time, but give that muscle head manager the boot. Total jerk.
