Review of guitarcenter
The amp was sent to guitar center store - I opened the amp in front of a sales rep and the amp was as crackling and not responding with sound from the guitar. The condition of the amp was horrible and not a representation of the pictures online. There was a giant ball of cat hair inside the amp. I was refunded for the amp but I have yet to be refunded for the shipping and handling that I was told would be returned since the condition of the amp was unacceptable. I have been shopping with guitar center since I was a kid and as an adult I am no longer giving my money to guitar center. My experiences have been getting worse and the quality of your products are falling. Very sad about this transaction and loss of money!

Review of booking
Terrible customer service and inconsistent information from their staff. Had to relocate due to a hotel closure, member of staff I spoke too said that I wouldn’t have to pay and they would cover the cost and refund any additional fees. Then second person I spoke to said this wasn’t true and would only be refunded £16.20. Third person I have spoken too has told me my refund from my initial booking has been submitted, yet again spoke to someone else who said this was the hotels responsibility. And they’re now rejecting my invoice as it doesn’t say zero balance, despite showing I’ve paid. Awful company and will avoid for all future bookings
Review of seekingalpha
During 11 years of having an account with SeekingAlpha, I often faced one or two banners suggesting to subscribe, which blocked a half of screen. Since mid of September 2024, nearly 100% of publications became unavailable for free. Mind you there are no published rues about what's available for free. Thus, the 'adjustment', as the company puts it, was an arbitrary change at an arbitrary time. I do not recommend this site unless you want to be forced to find an equivalent site. My recent experience indicates that it was not so difficult to find a substitution for SeekingAlpha.

Review of bestbuy
I ordered a product online to pick up. I signed into the when I arrived to let them know I was at the locate waiting for my product. The app said the notification wasn't working. So, I went inside. I was told to go to the quick order pick up desk. I waited for 10 minutes while 4 staff were standing by the exit chatting. I was finally helped by a young man. The product I received was not what was explained on the product when I ordered it. So, I went back inside with my product. I walked back to the computers as the product I ordered is for computers. A man was helping a customer. So, I waited. Another store employee, with a best buy shirt, walked by the computer section. I asked her if she worked in the computer area. She said "I work with geek squad." So, I asked her if she could help me with a computer question. She responded "No, I'm with a customer" and walked away from me. So, I found the product that I was looking for and went to the front of the store to return the product I ordered earlier and picked up 5 minutes ago. I was helped by the same young man who gave me the product 5 minutes ago. He asked me if I had a receipt. When I got the product from him earlier I asked about getting a receipt and he said "it's the barcode, you don't need one." Then I reminded him that he just told me that I didn't need one. Then I offered my barcode received when I ordered the product initially. He cashed me out and I left the store. This was terrible customer service. I will never waste my time going to Best Buy in the future!
Review of zillow
Apartment owners note that LISTING YOUR APARTMENTS will take WEEKS. Zillow will not let you list anything anymore. You will need to go thru their sales people and they don't call you back for at least a week. There is No service from zillo, just an EXPENSIVE cash call. Apartments.com is very quick with service and better priced. Unfortunately zillow was good, but now they are just inefficient and expensive.
Review of venmo
My new phone number was connected to another account. I could switch it over and contacted the Venmo support chat, where Diego was incredibly professional and fast at handling it. It may not have been a money transfer error, but he was professional and polite. He even used things to let me know he was an actual human (and not a bot), even when there was no idle talk. He handled it quickly and professionally.
Review of techopedia
The material archive featured strong articles on novice poker strategies, though I observed some sections were missing deeper insights. I was still able to improve my early-hand choices due to their introductory manuals. With a wider variety of subjects, this might be ideal.

I setup an account and their interface looks decent. But I am unable to connect my bank to the account to move money into the account. I guess they do not want my business. To make matters worse, their customer support is one of the worst I have experienced. I tried both online and phone support. The phone guy could not even locate my account with my username and email details. The online chat guy was just copying and pasting the same useless suggestions the chat bot was giving me. I will probably just cancel the account.
Review of braintreepayments
UPDATE: I want to be fair, so a quick update. A few days after publishing this review, Braintree Risk Team sent me an email saying "after an additional review of your account" it seems that everything is fine. Excuse me? This company just sent me multiple emails and wanted me to pay, now after an "additional review" it's gone? Just wondering what happens if I pay this fee (I'm so glad I didn't)? Easy money?-----This company is a true nightmare, possibly the worst you can choose. I used their services for a few months in 2019/2020, but their fraud protection system is simply not working - a credit carding attack happened with hundreds of fraud transactions, some of them were successful. I refunded all of these transactions and contacted customer support immediately. After months of emailing (their reply time is ridiculous) I was told that everything is fine, I provided all the info they need and this "fraud" case is closed. I also decided to close my Braintree account asap, I was so fed up with this company. Now years later (!!!!!!) out of thin air, they contacted me again and told me I have a negative balance and I need to pay (no official email, it was sent from "Kimberly" which looked really phishy - but then I found out it's really from Braintree). I asked them to provide me with more details because my account is already closed, I can't log in and I can't check anything. After asking them multiple times, they sent me an Excel file formatted like it was edited by a 5 year old with a few transaction IDs and a negative balance. This negative balance is the result of chargeback fees, they don't care if the amount was already refunded by me (I provided all the documents to prove that none of these funds were settled and transferred to my bank account, I also attached our email thread when they asked me to refund everything immediately - so I did). They say they are "liaison" only between me and the bank (which bank by the way) and they can't do anything, I need to pay. I'm still trying to get some OFFICIAL info, more details about this transaction and chargeback, no luck. All they say is "your account shows a negative balance, you have to pay". My account? The account I closed years ago? When I closed my account, where was this negative balance? They told me everything is fine, case closed. What's the guarantee they won't reach out to me in the future again forcing me to pay even more????? Absolute scammers, worst decision of my life. I don't know how this company can even legally exist, I'm afraid I need to contact my lawyer because I'm not too comfortable with paying such "hidden" fees with literally 0 information, or without seeing any official documents (e.g. from the so called "bank" they are talking about). What they do is ridiculous and unfair, they don't care about the customers at all, no protection, nothing. Everything is unprofessional, they act like a small garage company with 2 employees doing all the work. Just read all the reviews here, the scary thing is I'm not the only one. The same scheme happened with many customers: you register (if you can, lucky if you can't) -> you add the checkout to your webshop and enable the so-called fraud protection -> after a few weeks/months a credit card attack happens (fraud protection is not working at all) -> if you're smart, you refund all the transactions ASAP, but if you're not, you'll face hundreds or even thousands of USD/EUR in chargeback fees (1 chargeback is 30EUR fee, I had more than 30 transactions, do the math). I'm using payment gateways since 2015, never ever had such problems with any other provider. One question though: all the big tech companies on their website, do they really use Braintree as their checkout system? Are there any proof? After seeing the quality of their services, I just can't believe it. Simply can't.

Review of americanexpress
I'm getting rid of this card that I've had for almost 20 years. I was unlawfully billed by a foreign business, Notta ai, and when I disputed it, AmEx sided with the business. It didn't matter what proof I submitted and that the business lied, AmEx just kept telling me they believed the company, not me. Customer service means nothing to AmEx unless the customer is a business.
