Terrible Experience - Beware of Billing and Customer Service Issues. I am extremely disappointed with AT&T. We signed a contract expecting to pay $150 per month, but we’ve consistently been charged $200 or more. This isn’t just a small error—it’s blatant overcharging. On top of that, customer support has been unhelpful at every step. They promised discounts and callbacks from a manager that never happened. To make things worse, they closed the store at First Colony Mall, and now even in-store support at other locations can’t resolve our issues.AT&T’s service has been nothing but a hassle, with misleading information and broken promises. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service or honest billing practices.

Estimate given.Took it in fairly quickly.Dan always contactable and informative.Not long after, picked it up.Absolutely over the moon with end result.Would never know. All looked like new.Bang on estimate too.One happy chappy

Something went wrong with this newspaper lately. Especially during Covid 19 and Dominic Cummings saga! It used to be the newspaper of reason and diverse opinion but now nothing more than a forum for Government bashing like everyone else. Owners of this newspaper should change the editorial team if they want to keep the readership. I cancelled mine few weeks ago.

I ordered my ticket for the 26th June Nottingham gig a few months ago. I read on the help & advice page that I should receive them 2 to 4 weeks before the show otherwise I'll receive an email stating a delay. I was just shy of the 2 weeks & hadn't heard anything. So I emailed customer services I got a response of "we can't post them on until they're released, it's out of our hands ". Fortunately on the 13th June I received the confirmation of ticket delivery email & the envelope popped through my letterbox the next day. But why hadn't I received the under 2 weeks delay email? But apart from that songkick is a brilliant app to track your artists and buy tickets.

I always thought Samsung was a great brand. That is until I got a lemon. My Galaxy S22 phone is a piece of junk. The higher up the employee you speak to, the ruder they are. I made it to the supervisor level (one step below manager). He was so rude and screaming at me. I have never been treated so badly by a company peon. The phone technicians were polite, but useless. The manager was ignorant and useless. My phone is one month old, and I guess I will just write it off as a loss and switch to an Apple iphone. What a shame that companies treat their customers so terrible. I, for one, will not feel bad if Samsung goes out of business.

I had to take a half day off work and travelled 2 hours to make sure to be available during the promised delivery window. Not only did Amazon try to deliver outside of that window, but when I contacted customer support, I was assured it would still arrive the same day. That turned out to be a complete lie.After waiting hours and hearing nothing, I called again, only to be told that delivery wasn’t possible until tomorrow. Now I have to take a day off work just to receive a package that should’ve arrived today. This is incredibly frustrating and completely unprofessional from a company that prides itself on reliable logistics.
