Communication!

I ordered my ticket for the 26th June Nottingham gig a few months ago. I read on the help & advice page that I should receive them 2 to 4 weeks before the show otherwise I'll receive an email stating a delay. I was just shy of the 2 weeks & hadn't heard anything. So I emailed customer services I got a response of "we can't post them on until they're released, it's out of our hands ". Fortunately on the 13th June I received the confirmation of ticket delivery email & the envelope popped through my letterbox the next day. But why hadn't I received the under 2 weeks delay email? But apart from that songkick is a brilliant app to track your artists and buy tickets.
