I just bought iPhone. It was fully paid. I didn't need this coverege. Bcuz I usually live diffent country which doesn't work apple coverage. So they pushed me but coverage and said they will charge end of the month. So haven't started use phone they already chargedSo annoying. Can't have account or phone number. I started hate apple. Can't connect carrier's number can't connect other number can't use for exploring app. Just stuck. I regret that buying apple. Can't create account for the existing email. There are few dozen email can't manage now.

Appalling. 1 star because they gave a refundI purchased a £100 e-Gift card in the 8 April for a friends 50th on the 13th. How long does an email take. 2 calls to chase up and re-route to me - even though emails were correct - and still nothing. Until I finally complained so strongly they refunded. Maybe dealing with Mumbai/India was the issue! The complaint handler that refunded was very apologetic but this should have been so easy and NOT getting a present to my friend for her special BD - totally unacceptable.

This buyer originally wanted to buy my speedy slides for 130$, we set a time next day at 9:30am, and she let me know she couldn’t come at that time and changed to 1pm.I messaged her asking when? And she can text or call cause I can’t wait for her at home, I was going out to lunch with my boss. She knocked on my door when I wasn’t there, started throwing a tantrum. She started bombarding my phone at 1:15pm, I wasn’t aware what had happened until 1:30pm where my sister called me and was worried. My sister was on the verge of calling the police, this buyer was taking photos of our house and cars for no reason. It was a misunderstanding and I tried to explain to her. She then demanded I sell the slides to her at a discounted price of 80$ for her time.It was extremely unreasonable. I declined her offer saying that she’s making a big deal out of this, I was only 15 minutes away from my house and I even let her know to message me before she heads to my place.The second day she got her family member with the same last name, to pretend to buy a phone off me. I was skeptical because of his name, and of course he ghosted me.If this isn’t in violation of facebooks terms and services then I don’t know what is. I’m sure she tried to submit dozens of negative review on my marketplace even though I didn’t end up accepting her low ball offer of 80$. Couldn't freaking find customer service or support for this matter.

*At least* 50% of the time, when I contact customer support with a question or for help with a problem, they give me the wrong information that another agent will later correct. They seem to hire very under-trained people who don't understand their own platform for their first line of support and it's extremely frustrating. So, if you use this service, keep this in mind when contacting support. If they tell you they've fixed your problem, don't be too quick to believe them. In fact, in my experience, they've often made problems worse after wasting over an hour of my time in the chat -- the only way to get any help. I've experienced buggy automations that send emails on the wrong day and time (which did serious harm to my business). I've been given the wrong instructions for setting up particular automations. I've been told I can't achieve a desired function yet when I inquire about it further, I find out that I can... the list is endless.

Trash website, trash vortex mod manager. Has to many issues and the staff just ignore you and argue with you when you ask for help. Not worth the hassle of even trying to use this website because nothing will work in the long run. The "tutorial" videos they give on youtube don't answer any questions either.

I'm being told as of a certain date that they will be charging for paper statements not everybody wants to go digital and if I see a charge for a paper statement I will be getting a lawyer. when I asked the customer service to end the call so I can do my survey she completely ended the call and took me away from doing my survey that was asked if I would like to participate in the beginning all I had to do is stay on the line. Don't get me wrong I love shopping at Lowe's Home Improvement but I should not be forced to pay for a paper statement
