The WORST website ever

The WORST website ever. I tried to buy tickets for the experience with arnold schwarznegger. pre sale tickets were supposed to start at 10am. As soon as 10am struck I tried to buy tickets. SOLD OUT!!!! How can it be sold out when eventbrite said the tickets are available at 10am?!!!!!!!!! ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!!!

Inflexible holiday booking - terrible customer service

My husband booked an Emirates holiday for our babymoon and accidentally put his nickname on the booking and not the name in his passport (Jos instead of Jocelyn), we rang emirates at the check in desk to change it but they said it was too late as within two hours of the flight. I then boarded the flight by myself crying with our very large suitcase (28 weeks pregnant). He tried to buy a new seat on the same flight but they refused even though it was 8.15 and the flight took off at 10. So he went home and got the first flight the next day (bought a new flight). He is now with me on our holiday and spending half the time on hold or on the phone to emirates who are bouncing him between the airline and emirates holidays and refusing to change the name on the return booking because he was a no show for the outbound flight. He was not a no show he made a small mistake on the booking. This is totally unacceptable. Completely disgraceful from an airline that prides itself on being the best.

I would like to give the BBC minus stars , they have done nothing but tell lies ,skew people's veiws with government propaganda and steal and extort money from scared pensioners .The BBC are in some huge delusional state they are riddled with peadophilia and other sexual deviants from the lowest level right up to the very top.#defund the BBC.

The Worst Customer Service

I have been trying for 2 months for someone to come out and install my services, but they keep getting caught up on the fact that the home had internet services previously and I can self-install, MY HOME WAS COMPLETELY TORN DOWN!!!!!!! There are no lines coming into the house, NONE. How am I supposed to self-install this. I have called so many times, and talked to so many people just to not have anything done about it. I have gone thru their IVR just to be transfer to a different IVR to another IVR that tells me to call the original IVR that I started with. I went thru this Loop probably 10 times before I had to start press 0 over and over. There is never any clear way to get anyone, also half of them don't understand what you are saying because they are in different countries.

I cancelled my amazon account due to the completely inadequate delivery drivers! I then order some cat good from Viovet, and got an email saying it had been sent by amazon. Needless to say, I waited in all day and no parcel arrived, just an email saying he ran into problems. The only problem is he cannot be bothered to deliver to flats. Due to their inadequacy yet again, viovet now has a one star review too as i am yet again left with no delivery.All the one star reviews here are mainly due to delivery. If everyone would just close their account and stop using them, when they leave a one star review, we'd resolve the problem very quickly!

Worst customer service on purchase of One plus 55 inchTV

Our neighbour's already advised us not to buy electronic products in flipkart , but still on keeping trust on them we ordered one plus 55 inch TV.But soon after buying there were more problem like flickering of TV half-hour twice. So we took video of that and sent to the flipkart person.He asked us for another video and are not willing to accept the report without other video. We are to spend lot of time in it ,to precisely take video of flickering. That comes unexpectedly anytime and how do we know that? Do we need to sit with it leaving all our works ?? THIS PROBLEM HAS BEEN REPORTED 2ND DAY AFTER DELIVERY ITSELF. But they are dragging the issue and are not replacing. They are giving a faulty product &and r not ready to replace it even we reported it 2nd day itself.We r not at all satisfied with this

Avoid this platform, it is not trustworthy!!I will be brief about what happened to me... I made a reservation with the number ID1489072156 in January 2025. I booked a hotel around 3:00 PM and, by mistake, I canceled it at 3:03 PM (just 3 minutes later). I immediately sent an email explaining the situation and requesting the reactivation of the reservation... I also contacted the hotel, and that’s when the trouble began: each party kept shifting the responsibility onto the other, and this has been going on for three months now.And what does Agoda offer? A refund of €142???

You'd think a big company like that would be a little flexible. Now I don't like them. I'm within 12 hours of the "cancel before we charge you" window.

Honestly terrible to use to set up a business! Should be a simple affair, however some smarty pants decided, upon my request to add a new business, to also reinstate all the old contact information instead of adding the information that I added to the listing! This meant I was unable to claim the business as the phone number they used had been made redundant when the new owner took over. Email responses were so clearly cut and paste and the phone help wasn't much better. Very polite lady but didn't help one bit.

Auto Refill Scam - Attention

I purchased 2 photos, paid but was billed twice. It is because they have this hidden Auto Refill so as soon as you download the 2 photos it automatically gives you another 2 (which of course you have to pay for). No word of this when making the original purchase. Be warned. I complained and they nicely reimbursed one of the payments.
