The Worst Customer Service

I have been trying for 2 months for someone to come out and install my services, but they keep getting caught up on the fact that the home had internet services previously and I can self-install, MY HOME WAS COMPLETELY TORN DOWN!!!!!!! There are no lines coming into the house, NONE. How am I supposed to self-install this. I have called so many times, and talked to so many people just to not have anything done about it. I have gone thru their IVR just to be transfer to a different IVR to another IVR that tells me to call the original IVR that I started with. I went thru this Loop probably 10 times before I had to start press 0 over and over. There is never any clear way to get anyone, also half of them don't understand what you are saying because they are in different countries.
