Trolling and hate crimes - chess.com do nothing

I received abusive messages from another player telling me to kill myself and generally abusing me because I am disabled. I reported this to chess.com through their reporting system and they have done absolutely nothing.

Chess with bitter taste

How could this site improve without customer service, without dialog or a phone to talk to a person?I left several messages about errors in tabulating the score in division, first time was corrected then hapened again and again and again was never corrected. I asked for an explenation, never received an acknolegment at least. Very frustrating and insulting.

I asked them basic question

I asked them basic question, why when I apply filters, click on available properties, I get list or properties which are not matching my criteria. I choosed several properties, just to find out (upon scrolling ALL THE WAY DOWN) to say "not relevant to your trip" like wtf. Anyway, I asked them to help me cos I never had this problem in past, they replied saying they are sorry Iam ANXIOUS (😂😂😂) that simply there are porbably no properties matching my criteria (right) So I emailed back with screenshotsshowing properties yet majority not relevant to me, hoping they will review this either technical issue or perhaps they are doing it on purpose so u accidentally book and lose money. It's good tactic.They replied, call us (excuse me?)So if they can't deal with basic problem. Imagine how they deal with actual problems when money involved.People should move on from this website, and not waste their time or energy.

This is a generous 2 stars, just trying to be fair.I've placed an order, used their quick checkout option, confirmed my PayPal like you do everywhere else and that's it, order confirmed. At no point I was asked about the delivery address, they've used one from my PayPal, which I unfortunately didn't update in a while. I've messaged them within 3 minutes of it to report this and perhaps change the address for the correct one before it's delivered. They got back to me next day, explaining to me that they can't do that. I had to get legal advice from a family friend, and because at no point during the checkout LEGO haven't asked for my address, I had some rights - so we followed up, also told them to cancel the order if they're not able to reroute it. So they asked me to place another order (good job I didn't!) to make sure I'll get my parcel on time, and they'll reroute the parcel back to themselves and give me a refund. Glad I didn't take their advice because none of it ended up being true... I didn't know the people living at my old address but they were kind enough to give this parcel to their landlord who luckily still had my number. It wasn't a short drive but I ended up with my parcel at the end.BUT THE FACT that your support team not only neglected me, they had to be reminded of the consumers law to take it seriously and then just lied to me... I just wouldn't expect this from such a well positioned company... I'll personaly make sure that none of my family members ever buy anything from them ever again.

Never delivers on time

Why do they put a delivery time on their products or orders if they are never able to keep to it. Ordered with bol because they had next day delivery. waited at home untill 10 PM. at 10:40 PM I get a notification that my order will not be delivered. This seems to happen every time I order with bol. Highly frustrating

Membership Renewal - Taking members for granted

Taking their members for granted on renewal membership prices following Covid. Despite being unable to offer, for most of this past year, the full product offering that members purchased (houses not open, limited capacity to get into grounds), the NT feel it's appropriate not to offer any discount for 2021-22 membership renewals. The best they can do is 2019 prices.

Doesn't deliver what was promised

I don't think my pro+ subscription at ca. 50 dollars a year offers whats was promised. I still have to pay a lot of money for downloading or printing piano sheet music, lik 10 dollar for a piece. Furthermore there have been problems with dual accounts and MuseScore has given me an apple-id e-mail I have never seen before.

Received a voucher for Lyft for a ride…

Received a voucher for Lyft for a ride to my home. After ordering my Lyft, I found there was no place to enter the voucher. I decided I would ask the driver if he would be able to help me when he got there. Upon pulling up, I asked the driver about this at which point the driver looked at me saying he does not speak English. At which point I decided to take the ride and call or use the help button in the app. Neither one was useful. The app just gave choices that weren’t relevant, and there was no phone number to reach left. For this reason, I will never use Lyft again.

Electronic carts!

Electronic carts!! I needed one because I had just had a hip replacement . There were 4 carts inside & all dead. So I walked pushing a cart praying I wouldn’t fall! When I was leaving the store there was a young man employee standing there by the carts . I said you really need to charge those carts. He said “ well we have a lot going on”. Really? Pure laziness. He was standing right there & could have plugged them in. Oh yea the signs in them said they fully charged. Never had a problem there until now. Kroger in Mt. Vernon, IL,

Site is ok, but the title language is annoying!

I live in Denmark and I prefer to get all the movie titles displayed in American, but unfortunately all the movie titles are displayed in Danish, which is pretty annoying. When I contact IMDB, they really don't care, they want me to register and log in to change the language.
