Wired at least in the beginning (20 years ago) was a reliable source for legitimate reviews without biases unrelated to what product they were reviewing.Now they pander and push political and issue based completely unrelated to the product they are reviewing. I would give them 0 stars if possible. But unfortunately I have to give them 1.

I had to schedule this review with today's date even though our cruise is not slated until November of this year. The drink package for alchohol, at $540 per person for a 7 day cruise, is grossly overpriced. You can buy bottles on board but they keep them under lock and key until the last day of the trip. You can not purchase ANY alcohol at ports of landing. They will be confiscated. If you try to sneak it onboard, you can be removed from the ship. You can bring 2 bottles of wine per room onboard but there is a $25 corkage fee per bottle if you take it to dinner or you can only drink it in your room. This is definitely not user friendly. In the future we will look for a different cruise line.

Poor service. Whilst I like the quality of some of their products and the range of products available, the online service is dreadful. I waited over 8 weeks for a size exchange on a pajama set that I ordered. I have just placed an order expecting it to be delivered within a week. I have received an email saying that due to high demand there will be a delay on delivery. They have not provided a new expected delivery date. This is the last time that I will place an online order as VS clearly unable to deliver as advertised.

In house customer service is great.Handling things over the phone is atrocious, needed a mangers help to sort out my points to stay the night I had booked. Even the desk staff jokes about how terrible ihg service is. ANY other hotels phone/online service surpasses IHG.Shame on you IHG.

This has been a nightmare ! I bought a machine on June last year on Amazon thinking that I was doing a good deal ( because it was cheaper than other places) and I got to months to get an assistance from the salesman. He took couple months to put me on system. He told me that a certain amount would be charge in my account , but two different were charged every month. After setting up my account on Clover system I could not process any purchase on it, cause ‘ the state tax did not process. I got so upset , and I contacted the salesman and he shut the system off for me . But they kept charging me . When I emailed to him , he advised me to return the machine that he could refunded 75% of the amount I had spent for. To finish, none of those were refunded, nothing about charges or about machine . The only explanation that he gave me that were a termination fee that I never had be notified for . I lost almost $1,200 without make even a transaction in the system. I felt stolen and totality cheated! I do not recommend to anyone

Dreadful customer service, hard work to complete simple tasks and fail to take responsibility for their errors.Great when things ran smoothly but appalling as soon as it goes wrong, left for another provider due to their shortcomings but insisting in exit fees even though they breached the contract by failing to provide acceptable service which left financial data at risk.Don't be blinded by low fees and check the final pages where they tie you in for rental for 36 to 48 months!

2 companies, Black and White General Services (I didn’t get the name of the other company) tried to scam me and asked for payment upfront when I declined and went back to address the company was gone. You may want to do a better job of verifying these companies

Thumbtack is the business of charging small businesses unethically. Numerous times my small wedding and event planning business has been charged for customer leads on event dates that my calendar was marked as unavailable in the Thumbtack portal. These were leads that didn't specify an event date. When I followed up with the leads to ask what their event date was, they responded with a date that was blocked on my Thumbtack calendar. I then reached out to Thumbtack to request a refund and they denied my refund requests. This is unacceptable, unethical, and classifies as theft in my book! In the emails that I have received denying my refund requests, it stated that I should block my calendar to keep from being charged. My response was "I did, but you still charged me!". When I first started on Thumbtack, I was able to vet my leads before paying for them. Until they go back to this model, I will not be using Thumbtack. I have found other wedding and event referral platforms to be MUCH cheaper with better leads and the ability to vet the lead before paying for it. I will also be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint.

How can a company like Microsoft be allowed to treat its customers in this way. To stop subscription from Microsoft Teams essential is simply impossible. I log on to my Microsoft account here is nothing about the Teams I have signed into. Then I try to use the guidance from Microsoft, here I have to log in, but can not use my Microsoft login and not my email, as this is not valid (all though Microsoft has written to me, using this mail, reminding me that they will withdraw the money from my account). Also the info on the "order confirmation" from Microsoft can not be used ??? I will consider this theft at daylight and they are not even ashamed of doing so !!!

When I orders my share trip, the amount displayed was 2.5 times less than what I have paid. I paid in cash and raised a complaint after receiving the receipt. Then Uber send me the next day a message to complain that the driver said I didn't pay tye fees. I paid more than 2.5 times what I had to pay, in addition, they are asking me to pay again, without ensuring I paid or not. How did I receive the receipt if I didn't pay? Not reliable in cash payment, they might accuse you of not paying.be careful.

I have a redeem 1 night for 50usd , impossible to use it. every time they have a "trouble", 3 month that i insist to get it , IMPOSSIBLE....it s like your freind in the restaurant, when it s moment to pay is in the CR....for that hotels.com felt inside the toilet! , i stop to work with liers!
