Received a voucher for Lyft for a ride to my home. After ordering my Lyft, I found there was no place to enter the voucher. I decided I would ask the driver if he would be able to help me when he got there. Upon pulling up, I asked the driver about this at which point the driver looked at me saying he does not speak English. At which point I decided to take the ride and call or use the help button in the app. Neither one was useful. The app just gave choices that weren’t relevant, and there was no phone number to reach left. For this reason, I will never use Lyft again.
