Support teams (live chat/email/call/comprehensive online help centre) second to none and nothing is too much trouble. Excellent APP integration.

I only needed Zoom for one month. Nobody asked me if I wanted to continue, but they charged me anyway — without a warning. I didn’t use the service, asked for a refund, and got a cold copy-paste reply saying it’s “non-refundable.”Felt more like a trap than a service. Really disappointed.

So far, so good after 2 months. I really appreciate being able to try a number of audiobooks at one time, instead of only one per month on Audible. However, this month I had to go back to Audible to hear the next instalment of the Master and Commander series I am listening to, because Scribed doesn't have the whole series. I also find it a bit difficult to browse for books as the ones offered on the general page seem limited

Glassdoor makes it really hard to write a bad review about a bad ex employer. Their rules and pre-scanning is so high, that nearly all bad reviews will get rejected. I guess they are protecting where they get their money from. Good ones just fly through and get posted. one or two stars take about 24h to get rejected. Very employer sided page. Removed my account from them, no money making with my data anymore. They go by their community guidelines. Sorry Glassdoor but they are the problem to get real reviews. You supporting Employers and work against People that would like to tell their real reviews to warn others. Very Employer protected Reviews.

Tried to update my sat-nav. Garmin put you through to a guy who calls you and try to update laptop and cons you to buy unwanted products. Decided to sell car instead and went for another brand of car with better service. To Suzuki you have failed to keep to quality products. To Garmin your product is rubbish.

They took my money without delivering my drink!!! I called 5 times to get a $20 refund. The first one got denied for a refund. The driver took a picture of my door and clearly there is NO food on there. I have a video of our conversation that the driver didn’t have my drink. They told me to wait for their emails from the internal team. There is nothing the customer service agents can do.

Cannot use app with UK number, phone verification not possible as no area code. Tried explaining to their help multiple times, kept getting disconnected by them as not replying quick enough. They did not try to fix issue pr to get software engineers to fix lacking area code. Used Uber instead...

I wish I had checked TrustPilot reviews before signing up for their Plus service. I pay them $150/month for them to never accept any of my evidence showing proof of on-time payments, and who are now in fact dinging my business as being High Risk for reasons I am completely unaware of.What an insane business model it is to prey on small businesses to make them believe paying this company for an extended business account will help build a positive business credit profile, just to make them jump through hoops trying to submit documentation correctly and then ruin their profile instead.

I am not going to slag it off because it may be OK but I signed up for it to be an AI app as it claimed but it was exactly the same as other photo-enhancing apps that are free. I had do do all the work, eg, scan and cover the blemishes, why would I pay to do what I already have for free?They are badging as AI but have no AI. If they understand what AI is then they are fraudelent if not just marketing ignorant.
