Poor customer service, ask to pay off my phone, take 1 hour for the guy to confirm he can do, and 1 month after for my new billing, I can't pay off.Seriously for the price it cost, don't stay with Telstra, it's lot of more better and cheaper company.Also live in Sydney and my network is not powerful as the best network in Australia.They are a big joke!
