They took my money without delivering…

They took my money without delivering my drink!!! I called 5 times to get a $20 refund. The first one got denied for a refund. The driver took a picture of my door and clearly there is NO food on there. I have a video of our conversation that the driver didn’t have my drink. They told me to wait for their emails from the internal team. There is nothing the customer service agents can do.
