I have been trying for 4 days to upgrade to a monthly WeTransfer Pro account. The payment page freezes - in all desktop and iOS browsers. The Chatbot is useless and does not connect you to a live person. Eventually, I DM'd WeTransfer in Facebook and, miraculously, there was a reply with an email address, which I sent a request to for help. That was 2 days ago. A once brilliant service has fallen and crashed into ineptitude. I wouldn't recommend WeTransfer to anyone.
