Review of surveymonkey
I wish i had have seen their reviews before using them for my survey. I agree with what everyone else has written. I spent 30 mins creating my survey, i then paid Mailchimp to send my survey to 20k of our users and then as the responses started to come in i was informed that i could only view 10 of them. If i wanted to see the other 184, then i would have to pay.If the above isn't bad enough, most of their subscription options must be paid on a yearly and are very expensive. However I saw a monthly option which they advertise as "Standard Monthly €39/ month". I thought that i'll stomach this fee so i can pay for a month, review the survey results and then cancel the subscription. However after selecting the option, the price indicated on the final payment page is not €39 as advertised, but instead £99 billed monthly.I hope that these reviews result in them losing many potential customers.

Review of mindbodyonline
Mindbody Online is an awful company that has a completely unethical sales practice.I browsed their website, and all the options are priced per month. Nowhere on the website does it say that it's a 12-month agreement. The feature page also displays a glossy booking experience shown on a mobile device. They don't offer trials, they only offer a demo via zoom, so I booked one.The sales rep doesn't show up to the scheduled zoom call, nor does he answer the messages asking where he is, which cost me £100's of the time I could have used treating patients. He eventually got back to me several days later, apologising that he was off sick & we scheduled a new demo.During the demo, he took me through some of the features & we discussed pricing, which was again quoted per month & I agreed to go ahead.Full disclaimer on my part: I made two incorrect assumptions.1st: The price quoted was per month based on what I had seen on their website, what I was told via the zoom call, and that monthly contacts are an industry standard with all booking platforms.2nd: The booking page was mobile-friendly based on what I saw on their website and the fact that it's 2022 & all booking platforms are now mobile-friendly.Those assumptions were incorrect. I was booked for an onboarding session via Zoom to find out that their onboarding is over six weeks! Nonetheless, I cancelled the session 5 minutes into it as I quickly discovered the booking page was not mobile-friendly. It looks like a miniature windows XP platform from 2002. The only way to make it look nice is either to have customers download their app, pay for you own app or pay for a web designer to add it to your website. No booking link can be added to social media channels or emails. This was an absolute deal breaker for me, so I asked to cancel the order, which was only two days prior.I was told I couldn't cancel the order as it's a 12-month agreement.I asked to see the invoice again. The invoice is three pages; the first line is the monthly price, followed by a start date. Next to that is an end date box which is blank. The following pages are all zero items describing each of the six onboarding sessions, then right at the bottom of page three is a small print labelled "Additional Terms", where it says it's a 12-month agreement.Sneaky, underhanded salesmen. Completely unprofessional. They're causing me unnecessary time & stress trying to sort this out.

Be aware that if you sign up for the free trial, they will charge you for a full year, even if you try to cancel. If you look at the reviews below, many appear to have had the same negative experience. I wish I had checked here before trying this out. Lesson learned!

Review of farfetch
Useless and unhelpful customer service! I’ve been shopping on Farfetch for over 5 years as a loyal customer, but this recent experience has completely let me down. My parcel was marked as delivered and signed for, yet I never received it — and the signature was forged. I live alone and provided proof of travel card history that I was traveling on the tube and wasn’t home by the time the parcel was signed and delivered. However, Farfetch refused to investigate properly. No delivery photo, no GPS location, and FedEx won’t accept a claim due to an address mismatch (which believed delivered to the wrong address!) Farfetch has shown no accountability and ignored clear evidence of a false delivery. This is a serious matter, and I’m now escalating it through formal legal channels. Heartbreaking to be treated this way after years of loyalty.

Review of 99designs
I needed simple clean logo design, so I posted my brief and started getting ideas from designers. To be honest, most of them were not really creative and didn't seem like it took them much time to make it. Few days later I got about 50(when I expected to get at least 99) designs but it was 4-5 to chose from...So I picked the one I liked the most and we started to work on it for a few days.ADVISE! Wait until the last second- you will get the most ideas then! And during process don't feel bad to tell what you do and don't like about provided designs
