They lie about there fees to get you to sign up

They lied to me about there fees. Was told there would be only $10/month in fees plus buying the POS device for $800 and interchange plus. Get the device and it doesn't even have POS software on it, find out to get the software it's another $10/month fee. Stupidly I paid that to get a functionable device and then find out the software doesn't even have all the features at that cost which would cost an additional monthly charge to get those simple features. Found out the online sales that I was told I could do through my website also has an additional fee I was not told about to get set up. Then I'm told if I cancel because of their shady fee structure they want to charge me $500... Stay away from this company at all costs.

Delivery today, stayed in, now delivery in 2 Days ?

Ordered Nvidia Shield for birthday present, tried Currys first but delivery was 3 to 4 days, looked on Amazon told delivery next day, tracked parcel told despatched then out for delivery, tracked parcel saying would arrive by 9pm.At 10pm told delivery will now be 3 more days, this is after birthday, checked Argos ordered and picked up following day, will now return Amazon order when it arrives.Amazon deliveries are getting pretty poor also the packaging is not fit for purpose.Out of my last 5 orders only 2 arrived which were not damaged, ripped bags or boxes where the tape hasn’t stuck down.My last order I had delivered to a local shop, the owner asked me to check to see if the order was complete before they scanned it as the box was open due to the tape not sticking it closed.I am getting very reluctant to order from Amazon as the service is getting very poor.

double taxation on one order and they demand tax and commission on a sale that is being investigated

a customer decided to pick up a sale item at my storeinstead of mailing it. He paid for the item at my store and he paid the sales tax and I did not charge him postage. I wanted to play fair and give discogs theircommission but what a mistake. Worse yet i made a big sale that went bad and is being investigated by paypal. Paypal took the payment away from my account but discogs demands over $100 in commissions and tax on anon-sale. I told them if it goes thru- I will of coursepay them their share. I've sent 3 e-mails and theyhave ignored the subject and now have suspendedmy account. I had an agreement with music mogul, Sean Diddy Combs to be an apprentice writer. I could use his names in scripts I wrote, that we would both benefit from. During the Pandemic, I wrote a prayer titled, The Adrenochrome Witch. It was only a prayer, it didn't slander anyone's name. Sean Combs went to Amazon Book Publishers, Barnes & Noble, and Google Books, and told them a falsehood, that I didn't have permission to use his name. Hollywood went ballistic! On a Saturday morning, I will never forget that I received an email from Barnes & Noble saying they were terminating our relationship agreement, because of the falsehood Sean Combs claimed. He totally ruined my career as a writer. He publicly says he prays and believes in God, he should keep God's name out of his mouth.

ZERO Customer Service

I have been a paid member of Zoom for two years, with the Webinar feature. Yesterday I had a webinar scheduled with 150 participants, and a national speaker that just evaporated. My account just disappeared, no longer there. Of course they've taken my money. I have tried tirelessly for two days to get help, I have been hung up on, misdirected, and ignored. Zoom is possibly the absolute worst service provider I have ever dealt with in my lifetime.

False advertising!

The item I ordered was beautiful. The customer service however is awful. I purchased a puzzle during a 20% promotion but they charged me full price. I even took pictures and submitted them to customer service to prove the advertised price and what I was charged in hopes to get reimbursed the difference. I was pretty much told by the Customer service representative named Honey that it wasn’t true and she couldn’t honor anything. This company false advertises and scams customers. This was the first and last time I will order from this company. I’m contemplating on returning my item all together and ordering from a different company. I feel bad for the artists selling their beautiful work through this site. I do not recommend this company due to the very poor customer service they provide.

Locked out of account without reason

Being an Envato customer for several years now, they suddenly locked my account without any reason. I needed to extend the support services for one of the WP themes i bought and now i cannot do that. Right now, i have to create a new Envato account which means i need to buy the WP theme again in order to get support for the current theme i'm using. Is this the way for Envato to make more money?I feel disappointed

Awesome customer support

This is a bit late of a review, but they deserve it, they provide an amazing service as well as amazing customer service. Something went wrong when I wanted to subscribe to their pro thingy and instead of monthly billing it went with annual billing, 99% sure I chose monthly though, but anyways, I was short on money and could not afford the annual option at that time, despite not having to they were really nice and gave me a refund for that, it might not sound like much but it was greatly appreciated and I am very grateful, I am now subscribing monthly and will continue to do so
