This app is no longer fit for purpose due to its battery drain. My phone was literally sucked out of its life overnight due to 80% power consumption by F Secure. I have deleted the app and will not be renewing my contract until this is fixed.

Bbc morning live is a complete oxymoron of useless information and regurgitation of old stories. The presenters are scruffy and look like they would rather be somewhere else. This program needs to be banned permanently. This waste of bbc airtime has to be dumped.Morning live has to be the worst program the BBC has ever produced it asks the most ridiculous question of viewers in the form of please ask us something. This morning live is so bad as to be cringe worthy to watch, this sort of dumbing down by the BBC has to be stopped this program is pointless utterly pointless.

Trying to stop getting recurring charges! I once used your free version and trying to cancel this service to no avail! On July 28, 2021 I was charged $348.00 for a service I do not use and again this year, July 28, for $558.00 I would NOT recommend this service! I cant find any emails of being automatically charged and just saw that this was a recurring charge. Hoping to resolve this dispute with Discover!

As a genuine contributor who has submitted only original work, I’m extremely disappointed with how Shutterstock has handled the suspension of my contributor account.My account was disabled without warning due to a supposed copyright infringement on one of my photos — a photo I personally took outside my home. I provided several outtakes of the same scene and even offered to take a new photo at the same location with myself included, to prove ownership. Despite this, Shutterstock has failed to give any clear explanation of why the image was flagged or what evidence supported their claim.The appeals process has been slow, opaque, and disheartening. E-mails are left unanswered, or met with vague responses, and there seems to be no way to engage in a fair or transparent review. I’ve been treated more like a fraudster than a valued contributor, and it's deeply frustrating to have my work dismissed without proper justification.I would strongly caution any creators considering joining Shutterstock as a contributor. If issues arise, you may find yourself with no support, no communication, and no recourse. And no access to your funds! Creators deserve better.

I am on the verge of cancelling our family NT membership, after almost 15 years. The two reasons are; the abysmal shambles they made of access over lock-down - poor booking service, limited capacity at huge sites, inflexible admissions policy. The second, is the rising feeling that we, the ordinary members, are something of an embarrassment - the increasingly patronising and politised virtue signalling, the lack of real critical thinking and smug assumption that the members want the NT to be associated with marxist political movements. The leadership seems to have been Common Purposed. The lecture over slavery and the Empire is a crossing the rubicon moment. A healthy critical debate (plantation slave exploitation v Wilberforce and the West Africa Squadron) would have been a far more erudite approach.

Miro boasts some great features and is impressively easy to learn and implement. However, the customer service department falls short of the excellent standard set by the product itself. As a multi-seat subscriber, I find the extremely limited phone support frustrating. In fact, email support seems reluctant to offer phone calls, even for complex issues.Relying solely on email exchanges becomes extremely drawn-out, often taking days to resolve even simple problems. This lag significantly impacts my experience, especially when compared to other software companies with prompt and helpful phone support.Implementing dedicated phone support is a must or i will be looking for another software and move soon

I would give zero stars if I could. I tried to buy a gift subscription for son via Applepay and it said that there was a problem and the transaction could not be completed. I tried again using a bank card and received the same message. A couple of minutes later I received two separate emails advising of two subscriptions (and payments taken) to the same person. I called the economist help line number and spoke with Swooruu B about refunding of the transactions. Mr B continually put me on hold whilst trying to find either of the two transactions. After 30+ minutes he said he that the only way that he could refund the transaction was if I supplied my bank card details, including expiry date and Cvv code. When I said I was not comfortable giving these details (including security code) for a refund the call came to a halt and I was assured that there was no other way of doing this. I was very apprehensive about subscribing due to the run of poor reviews and this has done nothing to restore my confidence.22 December, Thank you for the refund which has been received. Edited to add and reiterate, customer service person was insistent that I provide cvv code and even when I suggested that this would be in breech of common sense he was dismissive and rude. I explained numerous times that banks would never authorise you to do this but he was patronising and adamant that full card details including cvv code were required for a refund. I knew this was incorrect but Mr B refused to listen. He would not escalate call even when I said I wanted to speak with a manager to log as a complaint. The whole call lasted over 35 minutes and was a very unpleasant experience. Call took place at on the 20 December at 20:10 UK time should you wish to listen and was a dreadful experience from start to finish. I am concerned that callers may disclose sensitive financial information and this needs to be addressed as a priority.
