Good functionality but product life can be dire. My 735XT display failed just outside warranty. All other Garmin products I've had have developed faults within a surprisingly short space of time too. So, basically poor quality and potentially unreliable with a short life-span!! For what you pay you should get a lot more!!Poor warranty terms too, with basic customer support.UPDATESent me a boxed, complete refurbished replacement so this review goes from 2 to 4 stars.

I bought a satnv dezl lgv 610 from currys a few months ago without doing any research about it, I admit my mistake.Don't make the same mistake, the product is full of problems, from wrong routes to no signal, live traffic is actually not live traffic, every week it asks to be updated... I think it doesn't get the correct update and many others. ..one of the stupidest things, I wanted to inform them that the length of the trailer does not allow me to make U-turns in some intersections even with the longer length setting and after them I should have stopped then and sent data...in the middle of traffic blocking the intersection.it has many features that don't help you, at least I don't find them useful.it seems that Garmin does not have a dedicated site in the UK for satnav devices

Worst customer experience I have EVER had, their customer service is non existent. I had no idea how bad it could be, but going by the other reviews its real bad.They do not have a cancellation process (unless you're that lucky one), so you have to wait to receive the order which hasnt yet been processed, then return the order and wait 3 weeks for your refund. I was even advised to order the correct pair while all of the above process was being done - couldnt make this up!Oh and the manager will contact you back (email) when they are ready, which is never - ridiculous Do yourself a favour and just avoid!

Have I made a terrible mistake in buying Bitdefender?I bought it earlier this evening and received three emails from them relating to my purchase. One of those messages purported to give me the information I needed to download and install the software and get started.The problem is that not a single on of the links in the email works.Please can anyone suggest how I can get it up and running?Following the publication of my review I received, via the Truspilot website, an anodyne (and no doubt standard, universal) reply from Bitdefender. It was absolutely no help in solving my problem.I have lost all faith in the company and its products.

THEY TOOK MY MONEY BUT NO SERVICE - 04/20/20 - 04/27/20 STILL NO SERVICE!!!! How many of you would switch to google meet with this type of service? I am a google suite customer with more than one business and we are in a very delicate time. We are trying to give our clients the best possible service despite not being able to give them product when promised due to COVID-19. THANKS FOR NOTHING ZOOM!!! it has been a week. Tarra Lynch is the most insensitive, inept and rude customer service person it has ever been my misfortune to deal with. ZOOM SUCKS!!

I used Zoom once for my daughter’s wedding shower. I have been trying to cancel zoom for three months and have been getting no response. I keep emailing them and get a response that due to the pandemic the responses are taking longer. I called and finally spoke to someone today. This person told me to go ahead and email again. This is insane as I have been emailing for three months. I would never recommend using zoom to anyone!

Pathetic customer support. For a laptop of over 2 lakh INR and for which an advance premium warranty was paid additionally, the Dell tech support team was unable to replace the faulty laptop for over 2 months. The customer support people don't know their job and unknowledgeable about their own processes. Please don't buy Dell laptop.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD! ulta beauty, I had stopped shopping at Ulta for months due to unresolved and ongoing issues with your store (namely racial profiling) and POOR customer service. However, decided to give you guys a second chance because after the George floyd murder, it seemed as if your in store profiling had ceased and the associates were more polite. I emailed your "guest services " back on August 6th regarding why for years I am not able to place an order online....well Cristopher, before he stopped replying to my emails said someone would get back to me because as usual, when you call customer service, no one has any answers. I sent him a few more emails regarding being contacted by a member of management, CRICKETS. I followed up today, August 11th asking for an update when I would receive a call or something..again, CRICKETS! it is absolutely ridiculous how you guys treat your customers. I have to take more time out of my day to reach back out to your company and drive to the store wasting gas for answers, that I still do not have. I am so done! 😡

Consistently horrible experiences all my life. "Accidental" overcharging of my account. Gone literal days without internet despite everything being in working order. Both my parents have been effected by Telstra's incompetence and my dad too got overcharged once, and they still haven't paid him back. Internet is up and down constantly with literally zero certainty that I'll ever be able to stream anything or submit anything on time. I live in the suburbs right next to the city, WHY IS TELSTRA SO BAD AT THIS?
