Consistently horrible experiences all my life. "Accidental" overcharging of my account. Gone literal days without internet despite everything being in working order. Both my parents have been effected by Telstra's incompetence and my dad too got overcharged once, and they still haven't paid him back. Internet is up and down constantly with literally zero certainty that I'll ever be able to stream anything or submit anything on time. I live in the suburbs right next to the city, WHY IS TELSTRA SO BAD AT THIS?
