WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD! ulta beauty, I had stopped shopping at Ulta for months due to unresolved and ongoing issues with your store (namely racial profiling) and POOR customer service. However, decided to give you guys a second chance because after the George floyd murder, it seemed as if your in store profiling had ceased and the associates were more polite. I emailed your "guest services " back on August 6th regarding why for years I am not able to place an order online....well Cristopher, before he stopped replying to my emails said someone would get back to me because as usual, when you call customer service, no one has any answers. I sent him a few more emails regarding being contacted by a member of management, CRICKETS. I followed up today, August 11th asking for an update when I would receive a call or something..again, CRICKETS! it is absolutely ridiculous how you guys treat your customers. I have to take more time out of my day to reach back out to your company and drive to the store wasting gas for answers, that I still do not have. I am so done! 😡
