Honestly, Amazon is one of the worst services I've ever used. It is unbelievable how consistent something can be at being poor. Delivery attempts where not made and the tracking is awful with no information on stops or location, the app is stuck in a constant "out for delivery" state so its almost expected for me to just remain in all day every day until it arrives and speaking to customer support is just constant lies to appear to resolve the issue - utter waste of time. Item cost over £100 and still haven't received it days later with constant communication with support agents who tell me it'll be delivered today and then the next to tell me it was never out to be delivered today and was wrong information to then eventually tell me they don't know and it'll be redelivered when its redelivered... So I have an app that is telling me a wrong status with no updates, support lying and overall utterly poor communication. Seriously need to sort their services out and being a Prime member for years, using the service constantly regardless of the poor service, really gives you nothing more in customer loyalty terms. Think its time for everyone to just avoid using them until they fix their service.

Awful. Works, then doesnt. Quickbooks say they will resolve it, a month later, more payments made, strung along. the app also stopped working, was told they had changed the app, and the only way to use the new one as i was already registered with the old one was to "change the name of my business". truly appalling, dont touch, plenty of other services out there!

Best Buy/Geek Squad technicians are still great. However, the service itself has become very difficult to use. My latest experience was in buying 2 TVs from Best Buy. I could only get a full day window for delivery and installation, and could only get a 4 hour window til the morning of. You are not allowed to change or cancel at that point. The installers said they no longer have any control over their own schedules.After they left I realized I didn’t know how to do screen mirroring (with iPhone 16 and Google TV it turns out not to be obvious). I went on Best Buy to chat and was referred somehow to a paid service that said it would be a dollar, refundable, but was $46 and they couldn’t even help me. Fortunately I was able to get a refund. This process took about 3 hours. Then I finally got onto a chat with an Actual Best Buy person. The agent tried to be helpful but was not - she kept repeating same thing which didn’t work, and paid no attention to what I was telling her. She finally made an in home appointment which she called a “repair” and said I would have to pay.After several more hours I found a you tube video that helped me partially solve my problem so I called to cancel my appointment (48 hours in advance). The phone rep asked many irrelevant questions, over and over, and why was I cancelling: I finally said “It really is none of your business, please just cancel”. I almost felt like I was on the phone with a scammer. The whole experience with what was once a very good even if expensive subscription is now so hard to use I feel like they are phasing it out by making it so difficult and unpleasant to use.

been with them for 40 years.... customer service is terrible, cannot get them on the phone, and my home insurance went from 3k to 7k this year, and car insurance from 2k to 3k this year. call on phone and on hold for 10 minutes and then dumps me into someone's voice mail.it's a ripoff..

Samsung customer support are the worse possible help you could imagine. I have been trying to chase up a request for the last week and a half and the only words they seem to be able to produce are “please allow more time for us to be in contact”. Would purchase from elsewhere at any chance I get and avoid this company.

This hotel is Ibis budget hotel Manchester airport is pricey for a tiny room and bed is very uncomfortable paid £104 for one night and said there's a WiFi but there's none.We told the receptionist but they are not bothered we already paid they got our money.
