I’m going to try to keep this as short as possible by writing a bunch of choppy badly constructed sentences. But you’ll thank me for it. Believe me. Because this doggie goes on forever. And it’s about almost nothing. On September 14,I ordered a dress from UO because we were finally going out & I no longer had a fancy dress to wear. 5to 8 business days to arrive. I count the days off like a prisoner. Day 10& no dress & 4 days before we r to leave. I call Customer Service. After 20 minutes of blah blah, I’m told my account was locked on the very same day I ordered the dress because of something my daughter who doesn’t live in the same state &has her own UO account did or didn’t return. No notices were sent to daughter or myself.None.So since the day I ordered my special new dress to go on our first fancy trip to see someone perform &i’ve been counting the days like a puppy that’s good at math, it’s been dead in the water from the beginning.Rep says she shouldn’t give me phone number for the guys who unlock the accounts but she does. I spend 30 minutes telling the nice unlocking account man the story &he unlocks my account. I’m getting kinda needy at this point & i think i made him pinky swear I was unlocked.Call UO to reorder dress because there are still 4 days to go.Spend 30 minutes trying to order same dress, my size is gone so I order a smaller size but at this point I’m getting a dress from UO if it kills me. Rep offers to send it overnight, super fast, express FREE so it might get here in time &im so happy. That happiness, my friends, was smashed to bit.s😭😭😭😭🥱One week after some promised deadline I can no longer keep track off and no dress. No express. Not two days late. Just. No. Freaking. Dress. Again. And you’ll never guess why!I have a chat with a UO robot last night. I ask to speak to real person not a robot. I get switched to different levels of robots. I start to tell story. Bot interjects occasionally how sorry UO is for this inconvenience &they’ve put together a team to study problem. I say, They can keep their apology, I just want my dress. We go back and forth. The conclusion of this insane chat is this:My account was frozen. As in, not unfrozen when Mr Unfreeze accounts said it was. This broke my heart. Unfreeze Account Man, you lied to me. And lovely UO customer service lady who said my account was unlocked and that she’d send it express super duper fast - she lied to me.Actually, I don’t think either lied to me. I think they did what they said they did and UO’s rotting infrastructure can’t support the system that could make it work. So that leaves real people getting hate-d on when things fail, when it’s corporate UO that’s destroying UO.I was told someone from the UO team would be in touch in 24 to 48 hours. It’s been 48 hours. Guess what - no one’s been in touch! Surprise! This spring they delivered a package of sweaters I ordered to an auto parts store. No reason.Problem is, in boondocks places like Indianapolis there aren’t a lot of options for clothes that don’t look like sofa cushions. (eg:Kohls). I’ll never order from them again, but for brick and mortar shopping it’s either UO, Anthropologie(whose prices are getting laughable), Macy’s,Nordstrom or Target. Oh and the valiant H and M. At least their mail order delivery system works!

The first experience in selling our tickets was excellent. The tickets sold promptly for the suggested pricing. The second game attempt at selling the tickets failed because of lack of interest up to 24 hours before the game. We pulled the tickets from SeatGeek and gave them to friends, so that Buff fans would be in the seats. Put together, the overall experience was average, with both good and bad.

Sadly they do very little to prevent spammers. Many Polish spammers are using their solution to illegally spam EU citizens. Mail systems hold responsibility of their customers and they shall act faster to stop the spamming companies

Review of ikea
The kitchens are good quality and good value but you'll have to drive the whole process and constantly chase at every stage. This was the case at IKEA Milton Keynes - I have no idea who 'runs' the department. From paying for the kitchen in full right through to final installation which took many months (the fitting itself took 3 weeks) I had no contact from kitchen services apart from me chasing countless individuals for updates. On one occassion I contacted 3 named individuals in kitchen services with a query and got no reply. So it was back to the call centre queue. There is no joined up process, a project plan is given by IKEA, but this is pure fantasy. There is no single point of contact; there is no dedicated support if anything is held up or goes wrong. You can get put through to a call centre, but you can't speak directly to kitchen services at the store - there is no number for this and you can't get put through. Our issues were relatively small, but if these were major, you'd have big problems. The IKEA contracted fitters were excellent, but their their job is not to coordinate everything - it's to fit the kitchen. A call from IKEA kitchen services during installation was part of the project plan - to check all was going well, but this never happened. From the moment we paid the full balance, there has been no follow up whatsoever from IKEA during or after the completed installation - zero!! That's over a 4 month period until now.If they want to be a serious player in kitchens, they need a massive shake up, with several rockets fired up places where the sun doesn't shine. We got there in the end, the kitchen is great and we are pleased with the final result, but we honestly couldn't recommend without the above caveats. As a final point, the initial measuring service, sales and design processes were great, but post sales it was incredibly poor.
