I used care.com to find caregiver for my spouse last August. Fortunately my wife recovered from her sickness in December of 2023. I let caregiver go by end of December and canceled subscription for care.com. On July 27, 2024 I saw subscription renewal charge on my credit card. Care.com representative refused to refund the charge. I disputed the charge with credit card company. I want to let other people know of their business practices.
