I'm having to contact VRBO for payment…

I'm having to contact VRBO for payment for every payment. Now I am due a large payment (over $4,300), which will affect my cash flow if it is late. This morning I've started a chat 3 times, while logged into my Host account, and every time the VRBO system sent me to the Chat box for Travelers, and the Chat CSR could not help me. They leave the chat without helping me. Each time I logged out and logged back in. The last time I even used a different browser. So clearly VRBO is not making chat available to its Hosts, perhaps because so many of us are angry that they are holding funds Guests have paid them for use of our homes? This will begin to affect Guests, because we as Owners will lock down our houses where the Guests cannot enter. VRBO needs to honor its contracts with its Hosts, or it will affect everyone who uses the VRBO platform. So I am now resorting to complaining here, which did result last time in my receiving payment the very next day. Res ID: HA-DFB8B2
